Upon comletion of an online suvey I was given the choice of 5 free products for which I was only required to pay shipping. i chose the VR goggles and paid for the shipping with my debit card. 2 weeks later my account was charged for the full price of the product. after contacting the company I was told it was ony a free trial. i told them to send me a shippinng label and I would return the merchandise as it remains unopened but was told i had to pay for its return also.
After completing a survey, I paid a shipping charge of $8.95 in November for a "free" fit watch and received a piece of junk called fitmax. I should have sent it right back. This month my credit card was charged $59.95 by the company. If I had known it was just on a trial basis I never would have ordered it. I will be reporting this to my credit card company.
They stole 211.15 and will not return, i did a survey from a purchase from amazon and then these guys somehow got our card info and kept sending product that we never agreed too.
Took a servery for a free fitbit. it was not a fitbit, but a maxbit. paid for the free maxbit by paying the shipping cost. a month later was taken out of my account the full price of $59.95. nowhere did it say that it was a trail of one week as it was reported to my bank fraud department.*
I also paid the shipping charge and received the maxbit watch. Actually, it was only a plastic bag with no electronics...no metallic parts on the USB plug. I tried to contact the company with no results. Today I got a $59.95 charge from XLCLABS. My CC company intercepted and contacted me.. I have banned any future charges from them.
My credit card company intercepted XLC Labs as a possible scammer moments after attempting a transaction for a "free" fit watch....pay only shipping at less than $10.00.
XLC charged the card for $1.00 and moments later attempted to charge it for over $60.00.
Transaction voided. I hope the alphabet soup agencies are on the case!
