I received an invoice stating 3rd payment reminder and they had sent two e-mail reminders. They request i sign into the account i never authorized and enter my billing details again at XING. THen the letter further explains the service i never ordered has been blocked and if i do not pay by 16.12.2018, which has already passed today as I received the letter December 21, 2018, they will pass my debt to a collection agency. Our credit is in the top tier of the country and we work hard not to be threatened by some scammers.

Hello Michael Sandlin, As we spoke, I need clarification on below points to proceed legally. Please agree or Disagree on each point, not looking for explanations. - Xing has changed the billing mechanism internally this summer, that it will show as 2 separate bills. Even though the amount charged remains same. It is OK for Xing that it is not entitled to inform users about this change! - Its ok with Xing that it can send (numerous) promo emails on their products that it can offer and value it can provide, with no guarantee or proof the reach or benefit of their offer. But not a single reminder about subscription extension to the user. And user should know only after it is billed. - Independent of the trial usage and benefits of services of Xing, the user is forced for further billing. Even though the user is/were using the service. - I am a Blue card holder and did the subscription to get better career opportunities in Germany. None of the options provided in Xing was beneficial as all opportunities pre-requested that the applicants need German language proficiency. - So I have not benefitted in Trial period and I will not use the service for next 3 months too. Still as explained by Michael, he could consider of refund, if I am able to prove that I lose my Job! So should I consider this as Xing Policy? Please revert in 2 days by August 7th Thanks, kannan

Their Premium Membership Services to help small Business Owners is a Total Ripp Off.

Here is why.

It states that within 14 Days after Renewal that one can withdraw, (apparently only during the first year)

It says when one signs up that there will be a Renewal but if not cancelled 3 Weeks prior Renewal they will insist on you paying the Membership Fee even if you don't need it (Total Scam, they don't even send a reminder before the Renewal Date takes place, for the Customer to be able to cancel).

Further more they are not willing to be accommodating one bit in any way and insist that I pay the $155 for the Premium Membership per Year.
