We purchased medical air mattresses from XIAMEN SENYANG CO LTD and young kid (PING WANG Carter just lets you down) we ordered and payed for Customised mattresses with micro holes & 10 - 50mmhg softer air pump for patients with grade 5 pressure ulcers & wounds. WANG took extended length of time to post out many many months. On part of the dispatch he didn't pay correct postage, we also had extensive customs charges. When set up mattresses did not alternate as described. None of the Medical air mattress were customised with micro air holes for cooling as we requested & paid for. Medical air Mattress not the one's we specifically ordered. Not cell in cell & not cell on call as described, which we paid for. Cover not waterproof. Air pump not the softer 10 -50mmhg as described by PING WANG (Carter) but much higher 30 -180mmhg Patients wounds started to break down & bleed, bleeding went straight through cover staining white under side, not water proof. Patient crying & body & legs going ridged stiff after first night of use. Patient had to be taken to hospital. On having material of mattress tested at laboratory matterials found to be not medical grade materials by EU standerds, and not suitable for EU Countries. despite medical certificates emailed us, befor We purchased. We contacted PING WANG (Carter) about all this and (PING WANG just lets you down), doesn't want to know, along with SUSAN WANG. communication ceases. BUYERS BEWARE, AVOID THIS SELLER.

We also asked and requested micro holes - customized + EXPLAINED EXACTLY what We required. We paid Mr Ping Wang, him and Susan Wang, said they had to make them. We ordered less than a handful. MANY MONTHS WERE PASSING, and every time we communicated with the WANG'S they said there not ready yet!

Then sent incorect products 1/4 of the Order - With inferior items Not as bought & paid for, 'WHERES THE CORRECT ITEMS & ORDER'?
They sent cheaper air mattresses & Pumps, that were NOT the Mattresses or Pumps DESCRIBED or CUSTOMIZED TYPE Advertised, that we {Specifically Ordered & Paid For}.
{ NOT THE CORRECT mmHg settings either Higher Harder INSTEAD OF Softer } as they Communicate. Also Every Alternate Tubular air CELLS remain RIDGID & does NOT Alternate as they Described but remain HARD, Causing Patients Decubitus Ulcers - Bed Sore's - Pressure Wounds to Open & Bleed Over Night.
The so called waterproof cover starts to disintergrate -break down straight away as PICTURES, and are NOT waterproof so urine, blood, etc, go straight through the cover onto white reverse side when attending to patients, as PICTURES. They also say they haven't got some items advertised, so carnt send out. They send inferior items not as ordered. They say they WONT REFUND. They Won't send out the complete or supply the Correct Order, DON'T bother waisting your time & money with XIAMEN SENYANG CO LTD. 'AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE'
