Can this company be sued? I can't believe how many reviews they have, they are despicable. They are stealing from us and are getting away with it. They give me a run around on the tracking number and delivery status. I didn't pay but 23.00 for my item but still it's money wasted and deposited to some fraudulent people.
Ordered since September some cleaning products, didn't received since today end of October, I send emails no replies

Spent $122 on items that took 2 mos for them to send and it’s nothing like they advertised and they send a shipping slip that is all in Chinese nothing in English. If you are doing business in the USA then the shipping and everything should be in English especially if your website is in English. Why would you send the items with Chinese language/writing. BAIT AND SWITCH.

This company should not be used to purchase any item. I placed an order for 4 items and my payment was taken straight away I then received and email stating that one of the items was out of stock and that I would get a refund. That was about 6 weeks ago and the other items have not been received or the refund and when I try to get in touch with them my emails fail to go through and they have no phone numbers to contact them.
Over $150 in merchandise never received. I have placed claims with PayPal but should have read these reviews first.
This company goes by several different names Berrylook, cathybuy, onlyyou, topjara and prettyyou to name a few. They come up as pop up ads on many different websites, offering great buys and very attractive merchandise. It is all rubbish. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. There’s no phone number for these companies, and your lucky to get a respectable response concerning WRONG MERCHANDISE RECEIVED. Also if their out of stock, after excepting payments on items ordered, they only offer STORE CREDIT.
THEIR STORE CREDIT IS WORTHLESS BECAUSE THEIR PRODUCTS ARE NOT WORTH A DIME.

Xi'an Ao Peng Network Technology Co., Ltd. (a.k.a. Cathybuy I placed my order and they emailed back to say 3/4 of items I purchased were not available and that they will give me $61.00 credit to order different items. I sent them another email with my new request for merchandise and to use my credit of $61.00 (instead of a refund).
Two days passed and I have not heard from "Cathybuy" as to a confirmation on my new order. They didn't even offer a refund for me. Today (2nd day), I resent my email requesting new merchandise. I forwarded my previous email along with a message to them that I haven't heard back from them about this email. I told them I needed this merchandise before December 18th, but no answer.
I also requested a full refund and to forget the merchandise order. I just want a refund. Tried to call paypal, but they were closed. I gave Cathybuy my Chase Visa debit card number, but they used PalPal instead.
I have an account, but haven't used it in 10 years. There is no money in my PayPal account. So I don't know how they financed it. The total amount I paid was $109.86. . In the morning, I will call PayPal to see what transpired. I am also going to contact my Chase debit card and report this fraud.

This is my complaint letter to Xi'an Ao Peng Network Technology Co., Ltd. (AKA) Berrylook. They offered to send me $14 as a refund for my order of $57 and this is my response:
First of all, I paid you $ 57.00 that is with shipping and handling. It took you almost 1 month to send me my order.
I order size 39 shoes according to China Size, and you sent me a china size 35. I also order 2 tops size 2XL and you sent 2 tops small enough to fit a 10 year old child. Now you want to send me $14? You should be paying for shipping and handling not me! You sent me the wrong stuff now you want to negotiate pennies on the dollar!!! All 3 items look like they should only cost $14. So you send me $14 you keep $43, that is a profit of $29. Do you think that makes me a satisfied customer? You can trust that I will NEVER shop here again and I am going to report this to Federal Trade Commission?.

What scammers! I had that same email from berrylook, and after the email I realized it was a scam, so I called PayPal and reported it. PayPal is the best, I trust them to fight my battles. I havent been let down by PayPal once. Now I'm hesitant to buy clothes online :(, though most department stores are going virtual... anyways, this was the email I recieved, and i spent $71.50 on 3 dresses that were even cheaper quality than a dollar store and Halloween store combined. Wish companies like this would get shut down and arrested for fraud.

I have made a total of three orders from what I now know is this fraudulent usurper of American money with the numerous shell names. Half an order never arrived, the order that arrived was total junk, did not fit because their size chartis just wrong, paypal will not help unless I spend $66 to return the items to China and the company sent a threatening letter saying I should accept $12 for $77 merchandise because things get "lst" (read we will just keep the items and lie that they were not received); and one oder $95 paid just has not appeared although due a month ago.
I think I will take them and Paypal to sna=mall claims court - I have the time and this shold not be put up with

This company is a joke. I ordered a dress in February for a special occasion with 45 days time before the event. They charged my card and their policy clams 10 days needed to fulfill the order, plus shipping time. 20 days later, order still not fulfilled, I message them.... they say no worries, they will expedite the order. A week later, still not shipped. I start to panic because the event is coming up quick. I Message again, they say it's on its way but buy back up dress from somewhere else (thank god!). My event comes and goes, still no dress. They offer to send it after the event. I don't need the dress now and cancel order. they say 2 days for a refund. I keep asking for my money and still no refund and it's now MAY!!!! These people should not be allowed to run a business in the US.

I purchased several items from them because they look great on their site (can't find it anymore). I purchased the items based on the US sizing their provided and when they arrived (5 weeks later, even though I paid for rush delivery) they were all significantly smaller than describe. By a lot!!!! I ordered 2 hats, one was crushed and the other hat had a very bad odor (unbearable). I try to get in touch with them by emails and was able to connect with a customer service representative. However I was unable to connect with the customer service department. The email communications failed to go through and they have no phone numbers to contact them. I am totally dissatisfied with their products and service. I will never order anything from them again. I will be contacting Paypal as well.
