Bought the Hammer X Driver on line 6/14/2016 and returned the same on 7-15-2016. They gave me a return authorization to ship the driver back [ RA#27. Advertised guarantee was a "full refund" if returned within 60 days. I contacted then again on 10/18/16, 10/20/16, and 10/24/16 but was given lots of reasons why they had not credited my account for the purchase price of $177.83.
as of today I have called their published numbers and published email addresses but all seem to be discontinued. I reported them to the BBB of Englewood, BBB of Denver [Courtney Holbrook] but the company never responded to their requests. I also reported them to the Englewood City Attorney [Alison Brown]as well as the Colorado Attorney General's office [Cynthia Coffman].
No help from anyone in Colorado! If these people are still in business then they need to be held accountable!
