I spent $150 on the h id kit it didn’t last year they claim it’s got a lifetime warranty i contacted them back in january they had me replace the light switch in my truck i spent $100 doing all their troubleshooting before they said they would warrantee it now it’s been almost 4 months they still have not sent me the part they said they were going to warranty their customer service said they would have a manager call me and apologize and no one ever called or responded
I ordered replacement headlights on 11/28/2019 along with Warning Cancellers / Capacitors. The Warning Cancellers / Capacitors cost $10.00 extra. To this date, 3/26/2020, I have not received the Warning Cancellers / Capacitors nor a refund that I requested. I have since emailed them 5 or 6 times regarding this matter but have not received a definitive response.
On 12/12/19 I got this response, "The warning cancellers are currently on back-order. Would you like for us to send them to you when they come back in stock? This may take a couple of weeks." On 1/28/20, I received a canned response similar to a previous complainant saying "We regret to inform you that we are experiencing quality controls issues with our products at this time.
Some of our stock did not meet our Quality Control requirements and therefore cannot be shipped to our customers." I haven't heard from them since and I contacted them several times by email and I've tried to call several times only to get the following message, "Our phone lines are currently closed." and it states their business hours. There customer service is a joke.
This company will process your purchase immediately but is unresponsive when you need a return, refund, or exchange. I have been trying for over two months to get a refund for merchandise that was returned to the company back on 3 january 2020 Confirmed by usps). Their phone line is closed during business hours, the person on the chat line says they are having problems with the phones. Yeah right! numerous emails have been sent to their sales and support folks only to be ignored. I got the bbb involved and they made several attempts to contact the company and didn't have any luck either. Stay away from this company!!
Received LED light conversion kit on my 2007 Tacoma in 2016 with a lifetime warranty. Last year I contacted XenonHIDs.com for a warranty replacement on a bulb purchased through their website for the kit. Got through on phone line easily and spoke with support. They sent a replacement right away. Last year I would have rated them 5 stars. However a few months later I had the LED bulb burn out on the other headlight and tried to contact them via phone for customer support no less than probably 20 times. Impossible to get through to a person. Their voice recording said to contact them through their website as they were too busy to answer the phones. So I proceeded to do as instructed. The voice mail and website promise that your request will be responded to within 24 hours or less. It is a joke getting anything done through communication with them of any kind. I have been trying to get a blown bulb warrantied for over 2 weeks now. Still no resolution. I don't know what happened to this company. It has gone from 5 star to 1 star in a matter of months. I have contacted them through their phone number, left message for return call, tried communicating through their Website contact page, and through chat. Very poor follow through on their part. What good is a lifetime warranty if you cannot get the company that offers it to take care of their customers? Very disappointing. I even offered to purchase the bulbs at my expense just to get a replacement. They refuse to sell a replacement bulb for the LED kits they sell. Still a no go. I recommend you look elsewhere for automotive lighting. I know I will.
Never buy anything from these guys. I always used to do the due diligent before I buy from unknown websites. But guess was too open minded and end up on this site. Paid for a custom HID kit for a nice car and it started causing issues within weeks. We tried to reach them and no response for any of our calls or emails. And then we googled about them an found out this is what they've been doing and scamming people for ever. They're also prepared and setup for scamming. If you look at their internet domain report, the contact address is somewhere in australia.
DO NOT BUY any products from these guys! You have been warned! It's extremely inferior quality and can ruin your car and warranty. And that's the reason why they don't return your calls or emails .
Thought this was reputable company from all the great reviews.....probably fake. Ordered 2 separate products for 2 different cars. Couple hours later after researching xenonhids.com a little more and starting to uncover a few bad reviews I decided to cancel orders. Nobody responded till next day and said orders had shipped the same day i ordered so couldn't cancel.
When I asked for tracking number I received the tracking numbers the following evening and the orders hadn't shipped. The shipped 3 days after I wanted to cancel. Orders arrived - installed on one car and one of the fog lights works now and then! I requested to return the unopened box for the other order and still no response. They have my money and that's all they want.....sell crap and have fake reviews. Check out BBB try aren't even rated!!
Received defective parts and entered a warranty claim online, as this is an online only retailer. The warranty submittal process states that your claim will receive a response within one business day.
My claim remains in a "pending approval" status beyond their stated response time without any update notices. I attempted several times to contact them during their stated office hours on their toll free number but always remained on hold and would eventually be disconnected. There has been no response to my email request for a claim status update.
