Purchased a kit back in November of 2015. Kit came with no instructions. Only way to contact support is via email as they never answer their phone, suspect they are of out the country. Have tried at all times of the day and hours. They eventually sent me a capacitor to add to the relay harness which came with the kit that I bought which did not fix the issue. Issue is that only one ballast works 70% of the time, the other 30% neither ballast works. After going back and forth in email, which takes weeks at a time to get a response, I bought another kit from someone else with a real Hylux ballast. Paid much more but you get what you pay for, and that kit is working flawlessly. It's been over a week and I am still waiting to get receive warranty rma to replace ballasts. This company, which is most likely a couple of guys out of a warehouse leaves much to be desired. Fancy website with no real brick and mortar operations to back it up. I would recommend to shy away from them and look for a company that has a real brick and mortar base or one that you know stands behind their products and carries real manufacturer ballasts like Hylux and others. This is some Chinese knock off ballasts which is why it gave out in a few months.
Ordered Leds for my 98 caddy 12/27/15 High beams and fogs. Thank God I was smart enough to use my PayPal acct. It has now been 8 days and they still tell me it is waiting for USPS to pick it up. Forget about Calling No One Ever Answers. Chated with Vannessa twice once on 12/31/15 and again today 1/4/16 and got the same BS responce. They said 5-7 days shipping, It is now 8 days and the tracking number through USPS still says a label has been creatied. I can Drive To CA. in 3 days. I guess they think all people are Sheep and will just lay down and take piss poor service well not me. Contacted Paypal and opened a dispute I will have my Money back within 10 days. I do not won't anything else to do with this half *** online retailer ever again. Another Jerk living in Mommys Garage Selling stuff.
I ordered an LED headlight kit for my 2014 Jetta on 11/30/15 and received shipping confirmation on 12/2/15. After waiting almost two weeks for the item to be delivered I tried contacting the company. They stated USPS probably lost the package and would send another kit. As soon as this complaint was lodged with the company the package started moving through USPS's system for delivery (the same tracking number, not a new package, which means they never shipped it to begin with). Once I received the kit it wouldn't work in the car because the headlight fastening bracket will not fit on their LED bulb. I contacted their customer service via phone and nobody answered. After which I tried emailing their customer service to explain the issue and request a refund since it had already been close to 3 weeks since I placed the order. Their customer service responded saying they would fix the issue and send me a new bracket (ignoring my request for a refund and blaming it on an aftermarket headlight housing). I replied back letting them know everything on my vehicle was factory, there was nothing aftermarket and I reiterated my request for a refund due to the lack of service their company had provided, both in timely shipping and then sending me a product that would not work when I specifically chose the options for my make, model, and year of vehicle. After a week without any response I tried calling again and chose every department I could from the phone menu and yet again there was no answer. I tried emailing again and gave them but still no response.
