My wife, Priya Exantus, was having herex-boyfriend, Guy Walton, ship a vehicle they both co-signed on after agreeing that we would take over the payments afer receiving the car from him in Florida. Guy then hired Xclusive Auto Carriers and they picked up the Nissan Altima 2011 on Wed Jan 6t and it was to be delivered on Fri Jan 8th.
Fri Jan 8th came and the vehicle was not delivered and the driver information we recieved was for the wrong driver and we were left without the vehicle. We called back and Alex told us that the vehicle would be delivered Sun Jan 10th - Mon Jan 11th. On Mon Jan 11th the vehicle was not delivered and my wife called the dispatch number several times and Alex did not answer and ended up blocking Priya's number and Guy's number from inbound calls. I then called from my number and she answered and told me that the vehicle was in North Carolina because the truck taking it had broken down and the vehicle would arrive Wed Jan 13th.
Morning of Jan 13th came and I called the dispatch from my number twice and Alex did not pick up. I then created a second line using a Florida number and she picked up and told me the driver, Andre, is in Rockville, MD and that the vehicle would be delivered today. We then called Andre to confirm a window to expect his arrival and he did not answer any calls from several different numbers. My wife tried to call Alex again at the dispatch from a blocked number and it went through but Alex did not pick up.
We are now stuck with an upcoming trip to New York without our vehicle and no communication. I pray that no one else will use this companies services and not have to deal with what were are dealing with as we do not have the vehicle after one week after being picked up.
This company picked up the vehicle but has it in the records as the wrong year and no VIN on file. This is very frustrating and needs to be taken care of immediately.
