My ex boyfriend won't stop making payments on my card even after I told him to take my card off many times I don't know his login information or anything I just want my money back he still continues to deny he is making those charges but I have proof
They keep charging my credit card. Over two months there are over $2000 in charges I had to close my bank account open a new one and I’m still getting charges. I don’t know what to do it’s obviously fraud
I had problems with a Hacker/Modder on the Xbox 360 for months and Microsoft did nothing. The hacker was bullying people, threatening people and kicking them offline. I had problems trying to make contact with someone at Microsoft Live to discuss this matter. I spent hours calling and looking for contact numbers or an email address for someone who could help. The only option is to start an online chat with a customer services representative.
Microsoft apparently has a "block" service that you can use if you are having problems with other players and this was failing and still is. The Hacker was still able to enter the same lobby and control my game and I paid my monthly subscription for the hacker to control my game play for months. Unlike other companies, Microsoft Live does not have a complaints department. Their "complaints procedure" is to request that you post a message on the "website forum". This is not helpful when you are having problems with a hacker and it is not a complaint procedure.
The block and mute "in game" also fails. You can get message after message from other players antagonizing you - even after you have blocked and muted them, and you can still end up in the same lobby with someone you have opted to "avoid". Again, this system is failing. Microsoft Live is quite happy to take your money but when you have a problem or issue they are not interested in helping.
I opened an account with XBox live for a fee of $9.99 a month. Two months straight I have gone to use my card and founf my money was gone. Upon further search of my card it revealed the XBox comwaus had charged me several times clearing money on my account. Now I am unable to pay a bill. At no time was permission given for these so called fee's to be taken off of my card. So I conceder this to be theft by taking.
The Xbox company is incredibly non responsive. I knew that I really did not want my nephew to get an xbox one because of all of the security issues regarding his xbox 360. They love to claim that they are looking out for my account security, but they have no problem constantly accessing my credit card or my sister's to pay for my nephew's xbox live account. We don't have to verify anything when they want our money.
Currently the Xbox official chat that is supposed to help me access my nephew's account is down with no notification of when it will be back up. The non employee volunteer ambassadors that they put on chat are understaffed with no real ability to help regarding password and authentication issues.
When I got on the phone, I was told that I can get a call back in no less than 3 hours regarding support. My choice was either that or wait more than 3 hours for my turn on the phone.
This is absolutely heartless. These are people who seem to be incapable of understanding that people change IP servers, and when they do, they may not be able to get access to their old email addresses. When people are willing to pay over 500 dollars, they do not need to have sad children because of their fake concern over security. There were way too many ways to verify my account, my sisters, or my nephews, especially with our many credit card payments, for them to keep us locked out like this on such an important day.
This company just makes me sick. I will never be able to forgive them for this. I will make sure that my nephew understands that this is the last xbox anything that he should ever ask for again.
