I ordered some x-ray anatomical markers from this company on May 9, 2016. I got the name of the company and the ordering website from the school where I'm currently studying to be a Radiographer. When I submitted my order on the website, they immediately charged my credit card and stated that it would take approximately 7 days to make my markers and then ship them.
On May 23, 2016, I still had not received my items. I tried calling the phone number listed on the website, but all I got was a recording, telling me that the voicemail box was full and couldn't accept any new messages. I then tried to e-mail the company, but never received a response.
I then went to the company's Facebook page and there was a post dated May 9, 2016 (same day I ordered my markers), supposedly from the owner of the company. The post stated that the owner had been in the hospital, but she was working on the backorders and she would send an update to all persons with outstanding orders. I'm still waiting to hear from her. I've also discovered that the most recent order from my school is still outstanding, as well.
I have asked for a full refund and have not received any response. I will be making a similar report to the BBB.
