Ordered product via internet. Right away there were problems with overcharging my card. After serveral emails company agreed they over charged and would credit my credit card. This never happened. After several follow up emails and nothing but words saying i should have already received the credit . when asked about the product purchased the answer was you will receive it in just a few days. Company should not have charged my card until the product was shipped. Obliviously using customers money to front the product development. So now I have been over charged for product and have never received the purchased product. complete rip-off please get the info out to the public. Russell Munford Tennessee
I saw an informercial on TV advertising the "World's Longest Driver." The company guaranteed, "if you don't like this club, they would return your money for up to 60 days from purdhase."
I started trying to return the club within a week after trying it out at a driving range. When the club arrived, it had an invoice stating the return limitations which allowed them to keep 25% of your money, plus S&H, etc. The invoice stated, if you qualify for a refund, they only accepted clubs back with a return RA number that you get from calling an "800" number. The recording says someone will call you back. I called for a week and left a message daily for a return call. I never received a call back.
Additionally, they added a $6.00 charge to the bill without telling me in advance or showing it on the invoice total. The company deducted $176.95 from my bank account and not $170.95, as agreed on the phone.
I have now filed a dispute with my bank requesting a refund.
