This company is incrediably unscrupulous. We had a customer have us replace their motor, which is covered under this warrenty they sold her. They forced her to authorize at her cost and expense tear down of the motor to determine the cause. After complying with their unreasoanble request, they "authorized" the repair. After completeing the repair, we sent over the invoice with all the requested unformation. After hearing nothing for several hours, we called them. They said they needed additional information. We sent it, they then requested more information. They now refuse to pay the claim as of the date/time of this complaint. They are a complete scam. The customer is without her car and the vehilce can not be released until payment is made. Buyer beware. They tried to get out of paying the claim and now they dont want to pay it.
