I’m sorry everyone but I had a good experience and I’m referring family members that had the same experience I had. I believe you probably dealt with the wrong Representative because my Guy Luis took care of me and We got my first rental done. It took me 5 months to get it done but that’s my fault because they were sending offers to my email but it kept going to my spam mail. I usually don’t do these comments on companies but I just wanted people to know there not a bad company for my family and I. They provided me the service promised, there an advertising company and that’s what I paid for. If They’re offering other services , I don’t know but I do know They helped me rent my property.

this company told us they would rent out our weeks for business people coming for conference with in 90 days. that is business days you know....also, the huricane impacted all of this and delayed our check due to us in december, then january, then feb...guess what. I live in florida, I was in the stupid hurricane, please. then they keep passing me all around. last stitch, the finance guy, yelling at me. I am going to go after them through CC company. hope it works.
Back in Dec. 2017 I received a call from this company stating I had several weeks that were about to expire the end of the year and they would be happy to handle rental of the property for me and that they had several conventions that were looking to rent properties right away. Being trusting, I agreed to let them handle the rental for me and paid them an $1800 activation fee, which I see now having read all of the different posts that this apparently is their standard cost and not a $300 activation fee for each available week, as I had six weeks to rent out. I was told that I would receive a check within 60 to 90 days for the rentals. Well, needless to say I'm still waiting. My last contact with FRED SMITH/FREDERICK SMITH @ 407-574-4493 was Feb. 20, 2018, whereby I was told that the check should be received by first to mid March 2018. That was the last I talked to Frederick or Fred. Although I have talked to LAINA in the customer service dept. to no avail, there has been no further communication as of this date 05-01-18. I am on a fixed income, but that doesn't matter to the scum that work at this place. BEWARE if you don't want to give away your hard earned money, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Wish I had seen these reviews first, I would still have my $1800.
This company is bogus. How do people live with themselves doing things to honest hard working people. I trusted Casey Sterling and she cheated me. But there is a God. Everyone involved is going down

I wish I would have read this review a long time ago. I am glad that you were not smart enough to fall for the scam but unfortunately I was. Now I am out of $1,800. This company is bogus and I am pissed because I work hard for my money. I can't get IN CONTACT with no one after they took my money.

This company called us regarding our Westgate Vacation Villa in Kissimmee, FL. They said they have Corporate Tours coming in and are in need of 33 rooms at Westgate Resort. They offered to rent out our 3 weeks of "bonus weeks" for $1,900 per week, for a total of $5.700 and send us a check within 60-90 days. The only thing we had to do was sign a contract and pay them $975 for marketing and booking fees. Or, we could pay $1,899 for a guaranteed lifetime 3 week annual rentals.
They record your personal information and credit card and send you a contract via email. After calling our Westgate timeshare, who said that we do not have 3 bonus weeks we declined to sign the contract
Don't do it! There a lot's of companies offering to sell vehicles, timeshares and other stuff for you but you have to pay them a fee. It's just a rip-off.
