I purchased a wind spinner from Wubhoty.com. Their site states that they are located in the US but they are not. It states the products are manufactured in the USA. The site says they ship from California, Nevada, Massachusetts and Boston.
When I ordered mine it was shipped to me from China. It took almost a month to receive the item. When I did finally receive the item I was not happy with it at all. It was a very cheap version of the item that are in the photos on their site (which by the way were taken from a different site).
It doesn't work. It spins for a minute or two then stops and you have to manually have to spin it to get it going again for it to do the same thing 2 minutes later.
I have been asking for a refund and they keep denying my full refund. They first offered me 10% refund and I declined stating I wanted a full refund. The next offer was 15%. Again I declined. I was just told in the last email (this morning) that they got permission from their "supervisor" to offer me 20%. They are also stating that if I return it I will have to pay to ship it back when their site clearly states 90 day postage paid returns. I am still battling to get my full refund.
