This company sales trucks that are NO GOOD! If you purchase a truck from this company and it works well, consider yourself very blessed. Purchased a truck from them in December of 2016, it has not ran a full month without breaking down. Truck was in the shop over a month, got it out anf it broke down again, not even 24 hours later. Some of the staff is rude and unprofessional. They are very nice until they get your money. This is pitiful. This company does not deserve to be in business.

WTF stands for What The F@$%k. I been spending money since I picked up the this truck last Monday. THAT'S RIGHT LAST MONDAY 3000.00. And the real slap in the face is that they have this bullsh#^t insurance that just doesn't cover anything. So if you don't have the time nor the patients or tolerance stay away. Oh I almost forgot the truck was in Ga so I went to Ga to look at the truck the same day they call and say oh we moved the truck to Houston. Now I fly to Houston to see the truck, get over there we only put 30 gallons of fuel in the truck. Now how in the Hell am I suppose to drive 842 miles off 30 gallons of fuel. THEY STARTED OFF BAD AND ANYTHING THAT STARTS OFF BAD WILL END UP THE SAME WAY!!!

I bought a 2011 Peterbilt 387 from there Houston Tx Dealership on Febuary 24, 2017 picked it up on March 2, 2017 was suppose to be ready that day but was not after sitting there all day waiting to take it back to Mobile Al. Finally they told me to take the truck to a shop in Mobile Al when i get back took it that next day and found out this truck have a lot of problem but they said they would repair it. My truck stayed in the shop for over 30 days from day one but they did pay for it over 11 thousand dollars and they used the warranty for the EGR Cooler and made me pay $100 toward the warranty ok i just got the truck have not done any work with it yet. Now i get the truck back and its still not right worked 2 days and went back to the shop reported it to WTF truck still not right its veering to the right still a lot of clicking going on and when i hit a bump sound like the engine is about to fall out and the new clucth is still not adjusted right cant get into frist gear without scraping gears but the shop is telling me it cant be adjusted anymore but its still not right. Got to Atlanta Ga started working and that next week the Rear End went out frist then the DEF started going out by Derating.

They fixed it then i had to take it right back to the shop again te same day with the DEF again now another problem but they fixed. Now i finally think i might be able to try to make some money while still having the other issues i had been telling them about from day one with no help, i worked 4 weeks then the DEF went out for the 3rd time but they fixed this time making me spend $477 because the warranty wont cover the rest. I asked them to give me another truck or give me my money back because this truck was a lemon and still giving me problems, then they tell me it will go on my credit if i return it, so then they finally told me to take it to the shop and get a estimate on what it would take to fix this truck and i did, my truck had so many problems the estimate fron the Peterbilt was over 11 thousand dollars again it was a lot of things going on that was why it was veering to the right and popping and sounding like the engine was about to drop out. Now the truck has been at Peterbilt in the shop since September 22, 2017 over 35 days.

I have had this truck for 244 days got 75 days of work out of it i have not made any money with this truck have depleted my bank account trying to make these $1661 truck payments and pay my bills at home. Then they tell me that they want me to pick the truck up from Peterbilt and take it to another shop that they recommended to me to let them fix it its been there at the Peterbilt for over 30 days it will take over $700 for them to release it to me, and WTF want me to give them $3000 up front first then they would fix the truck and make my payments go up to $1695 for 5 Years starting me over then i would have a balloom payment at the end of $7300, first of all i have no more money to give them i have not been working i have only been loosing since i had this truck onley trying to save my credit from going bad. There should be a law against what there doing to me can any one help me with this? Or point me in the right direction to someone who can?

I bought one of their trucks, a total lemon, first it was previously wrecked with no disclosure to me. completely wore out to the cords a brand new set of steer tire the first 3 weeks, computer fault codes that cannot be fixed. front end alignment out 1/4 inch, bad alternator, bad water pump, DEF tank falling off mount, APU worked 8 hours, been in shop for APU twice, still don't work, Injector problems, valve cover cracked had to be replaced, turbo failure, multiple censors bad, windshield still leaks cannot be sealed proper because twisted cab cannot seal correct. Their Premiun 2000 does not pay for turbo when damage was caused by bad EGR cooler. Got more fault codes now DEF censors, two tow bills, over 20K in repairs, insurance paid 6k. The shop told me that damage to the truck was covered up with paint so it would not be noticed. Very dishonest company, The only remedy they have is to add money and time to your note to fix crap that should have been fixed by them. non of this is on their inspection sheet. Their answer was to accuse me of doing the damage and increase my note and payments. All this started with my first load, day 6 after orientation with new company. The only solution for me is to file bankruptcy, return the truck and let them mess up my credit because they sold me a truck that should have be salvaged and hid the damage.
