Old customer of WSJ. Took weeks to deliver order. The order on 8/9 Friday arrived today 8/11 Monday by Fed Ex.
Called customer service at WSJ and told of price descrepancy. They refused price adjustment although they advertise they are price competitive and guaranteed customer satisfaction.
I ordered the top 12 wines that the WSJ stated I needed to try. When I got the wine, I did not receive the wines they stated they where sending me but only six different wines of two bottles each. None of the wines received where on the list of wines I thought I was getting. Sent a report back to WSJwine about the disappointment of what they did and as of this writing, have not gotten a response back.
