I order a trial on 12/15/16 didn't receive because they put wrong zip code and also on that date they refunded me for product because they charged me for something I didn't order (which you will see on bank statements) So They sent me new box on January 5, 2017 and When I received I chose not to accept because of all the problems and what they had done to me and was told that to cancel trial just return unused within 14 days but he would extend to end of January because of all problems. I never open package or used product, just gave it back to mail man and he had me but return back to sender, which the company is now telling me I had to have a code to send back and they charge my credit card $98.11 for a new monthly supply which I never received. I want my 98.11 refunded immediately just like all your other people that I read on your website are complaining about, this company just take your money without any care like when I order the trial, they just added what they wanted without my permission until I got the email and caught it. It is not fair to us consumers that are on disability or anyone, rich, color, race, poor, anything. this is poor and nasty business practice and they should be closed down. Pam Topeka, Kansas

PUREBEAUTY - starts with an Internet pop-up advertisement, Then they offer a "FREE TRIAL", where you pay shipping and handling on first order and must call to cancel repeat orders.

But, after 14 days ... they charge your account for the full price of the products that they mail you, a tiny jar of cream and a small tube of cream. The amount that appears on you card is $98.11. Nowhere on any documents (shipped in the box) does it say that your ‘FREE’ trial is a 14 day trial. Nowhere in the pop-up advertisement does it define that you’ll be charged full price after 14 days – it only amplifies the ‘FREE’ trial.

When you call customer service, they are quick to tell you that you had to click that you were 18 years or older. They state your IP address and date order was made, then, offer you a reduced price, that they state, they are not authorized to make – but because of “YOUR” misunderstanding and the fact that somewhere hidden in the middle or towards the bottom of the ‘TERMS and AGREEMENTS’, it states 14 day trial … they feel compelled to give you a discount. But, that if you continue to argue … they don’t feel like assisting with any discount. They give you a transaction ID – Cancelation #1 (for Jar of cream), Cancelation #2 (for tube of cream), and a 50% discount.

Cancelling in the 14 day trial period you still have to pay $9.95 for the product. So it's not FREE!!

So, said and done … your ‘FREE TRIAL’ only cost you - $49.05!!

This starts with an Internet pop-up advertisement, showing a man with puffy bags under his eyes and crow’s-feet at the corners of eyes. They dab some cream on the crow’s-feet and under the eyes - and the skin pulls-up to a point that the wrinkles go away and the bags disappear. Then they offer a "FREE TRIAL", where you pay shipping and handling on first order and must call to cancel repeat orders.
