Wright Metal Works Reviews

Please don't spend your money on this company. They gave me a hard time because I needed my machine when they promised it to me. It was delivered 2 weeks late without any explanation at all. Furthermore, the shipment was damaged and missing parts. We lost money waiting for this machine. And after we got it. It was incomplete and inoperable.

I purchased a product from this company. They were the best company to deal with, until they got paid. After that, i was just not important anymore. Shipping was extremely late, I was given story after story, or my calls were simply ignored. When I finally recieved my order, it was poorly packaged and the product was damaged. We had to weld repair one of the linear guides. They offered to repair. It for us, but we had to pay for the shipping ourselves, to and from. Which would have been over $100. After we repaird unit we got it all put together and realized that parts were missing. We called and got Chris on the phone. He was very short with me, still upset about the previous issue. We had to gather the needed parts ourselves. Now finally, after nearly 3 months of orderin we powered up for the first time. Everything worked okay, but all of the software was unlicensed and pirated. Instead of calling the unhelpful folks at Wright CNC we bought the licenses ourselves. Over $400.So instead of continuing to deal with the company any further, we sold our unit and went with a local company.

I contacted Chris back in November 2016 because I saw an eBay listing with the CNC machines for sale.

I was told "Licensed Software is Included". I did purchase the machine from Chris and received everything. I did not use the machine for a few months because I could never find the time to put it together. When I did put is together I spoke with their technical support guy and he walked me through setting up. When I asked him about the licesnses he said "the licenses are already installed. So at the top of the screen I look under the name of the license, it says Licensed to: " MaoA Dtonar". That is not my name, nor is it anyones name from the Wright CNC company. So, I contacted the software company, Mach 3, and questioned them about it.

They said it is the most pirated license out their and "If anyone is using an invalid, cracked, hacked or known Pirate License (such as: MaoA Dtonar), Mach3 may intentionally corrupt your data so as to not perform as expected. Beware !."

So now here I am with a FAKE LICENSE that I paid Wright Metal Works for. I contacted Chris several times, I was ignored, several times. Eventually I had to fork out the money to pay for my own license. So, If you decide to do business with this company. Be sure you get a legal license, or you will be screwed just like me. See from the attached screenshot, they even use the fake licenses for themselves.
