WPGenie sabotged my business, WPGenie cost me lots of time, WPGenie wasted my money. Both WPGenie and Prospekt are rude and insulting since they can"t offer any real soultions to the problems I had with their Word Press Theme. I beleive they just don't know how to fix their deficient Word Press Themes.
I'd ask for support and either they would send me a picture, which answered nothing, or they would provide a meaningless, irrelevant response which never solved the problem.
Because they are hidden they think they can get away with their activities.
Prospekt seems to be very Anti-American and couldn't care less if they hurt your business. Prospekt and WPGenie knew less about things like CSS than I did. Do Not waste your time or money on WPGenie and Prospekt Word Press Themes. They do not refund your money for their Garbage Themes that do not work properly.
