This company advertises itself as a one stop shop to fix wordpress issues. They have the WORST customer service for one. There are times you will place and order and they will close it without completing it. They will also turn down requests to fix certian things and give a very vague reason why when the real reason is, they dont know how. They are not skilled professionals. There is no way to quantify who is doing what and they will likely break something on your site as they did many times. My fault for trusting them with client work. AVOID this service at all costs. You are better off taking your chance with someone on fiverr.
I'm a victim of WP FIX IT, too. The employees I dealt with are clearly very young and inexperienced and subject to calling customers bad names.
They asked me for admin status and for plugins to be installed to WordPress just so that I could have the feature of the service that I'd already purchased, which is usually an indication of a scam service.
Wpfix.me is copying wpfixit.com, the best WordPress help site on the Internet... so much so, they're regularly reviewed highly and recommended by tens of thousands of people. They're even using the exact same contact information such as physical location.
In trying to speed site, they corrupted the PHP login (which prevents you from logging in to your site)
Then offered to sell me a security product that would “stop hackers”.
When I contacted them, minutes after they logged in to work on site… this is the reply I received.. trying to blame hackers or my hosting company.

This is the first time I have EVER left a bad review for any company.
Worse experience I have ever had in 30 years of hiring people to work on dozens of websites.

and now… they just sent an email threatening to post many reviews online related to you and the site they destroyed, if I don’t remove my honest, 100% accurate review of my experience.
This company is an absolute nightmare.
UPDATE...
They shared a link in responce to my emails that verifies some of what I said but they conveniently omitted the emails in the link provided that threatened me... and tried to sell me additional products and also showed that they logged in but couldn't after 15 minutes of "fixing site" (not hours like they said)
While there was initially some misunderstanding, mostly on my part, I was really happy with the speed of how my problem was fixed. Apparently, one of my older plugins wasn't compatible anymore, and broke my WordPress blog. WP Fix It got me back up in less than 10 minutes. I had no clue what to do, so this was a real lifesaver.
