On 4/8/2022 we called in for 5 day extension and reactivate service, on 4/29/2022 we had tech the tech talked to Susan from wowway that told tech to tell us that our 5 day extension was declined p, and had to pay, witch is breaking there code with there costumer's who use service.
Also charged us reactivation fee when we were granted the 5 day extension with reactivation never did we have any problem before like this. Hope other can complaine when happens to them even go file a conplaine with fcc that need to honor what thay say over the hone, I know there recording the call and fix system so don't keep happening.
