Beware! They trick you into trading in your old phone to them when your provider offers you an upgrade. They want these old phones to take all info on them I.e passwords , contacts, banking passwords etc. When I figured out what they were up too I took my old phone back and they tried to call the police and said I stole it. The police told them they must let me cancel my trade in agreement as I hadn't taken a new phone from them! Careful everyone! Only deal with your phone provider and not wow kiosks!
