On 8/6/19 I made an online purchase from this site based on popup ads I was seeing on my PC. The clothing was beautiful and their site shows they are based in the UK. My purchase totaled $106.95.
I received the items in two shipments around 8/23/19. At first, I thought they sent the wrong order because what was sent to me looked nothing like the images on their online catalog. I emailed them asking for return instructions. I got an automated response asking for specific order information to be sent within a limited timeframe which I did. Then no response from them.
I emailed a couple more times threatening to dispute my credit card charge. I then received a response. On 8/26/19, they offered me a 25% refund to not return the merchandise which I declined. They then emailed me some return information which was to China.
On 9/3/19 I went to the post office and sent the items to China very carefully following all return instructions including afixing their label to the back of the package. I returned home from work today 1/2/20 and the package was returned to me as they refused to accept it.
Sadly, I missed the date with Chase to dispute the transaction by 4 days. This company uses images from other retailers, cutting off the heads of the models to persuade you to make a purchase. I also believe they pay for fraudulent, inaccurate reviews in order to instill confidence in their company. Fortunately, I am only out $146.95. Buyer Beware.
