Just happened today 3/12/22! Owner is as crooked as it gets!. He auctioned off 6 matching set for price 6 times the money. I won and noticed 1 of the 6 items was not matching, and i ask owner if he can take it off? He replied that he can cancel whole auction and i can go, so i accepted without arguing. He walked me to cashier and smirked and said "by the way i am keeping your 100 deposit!"

I told him if you do that then i just buy and stay. He said no and i can leave. He already made up his mind and even called security on me to escort off the property. I was shocked for the treatment and told him i will see him in court. He just laughed as if he dont care. Said i threaten him...really??? Wow my wife and i are a regular customer and spend thousands a year there for over 10 years,!

He had given me refunds before for same mistake that he made. Guess i will see him in court and file Texas licensing for poor business practice! He owes me more than $100 since i won 10 etems and did not cause no seen. I simply ask a question and he gave me an option that I accepted, only just to throw me out for nothing more than his mistake.

I understand if I bid and refused to pay but this was not the case! You have cameras so check it! he took my deposit money and by not allowing me to check out after i kindly ask to pay what i owed. Workers are nice but the owner needs to treat people better! God knows what he did to me!

Unbelievable! I went to their Click/Auction last weekend. It's pretty obvious that if your not in the Click your an outsider. Well, I made a couple purchases after spending the whole day in record heat. Everything seemed to go well until I went back for my purchases. Two items that I had purchased and paid for were missing. To say the least I was pretty upset. I was under the impression that this was a professional company. They had 24 Hour Surveilance signs everywhere, so I thought they would be able to track down who took my items. Unfortunately, they are only signs. I travelled over an hour to come and get my purchases, so I was really upset. I asked to have my money back because I was dissattisfied. Thats when Mr. Customer service, Gary Worstell began giving me a hard time about a refund. Being a business owner myself I had to ask him if he was serious. His tone was basically blaming me for the mistakes his employees made. I was floored, I explained that I would never take that approach with a customer if it was my fault that there was a problem. He then agreed to finally give me a refund and told me Never to Come Back. I thought that was humerous, who in their right mind would do business with someone so inconsiderate and incompetent? They could not even safeguard a couple of purchases over a weekend. While I was there they also mentioned someone stole something from another building. Way to safeguard your customers purchases. It's this kind of customer service that makes me cringe. LOOK if you can't deal with people in GOOD FAITH, get out of business.
