From March 30th and thereafter I tried to reach Worry No More for warranty service on a leather sofa. This was during the rising Corona Virus. No one answered the phone for days. I understood they may have been busy with the Virus. I called on June 8th, only to find out, that the time to file a claim had to be less than 15 days after the incident.
The seats on the Sofa had leather peel (scratches) in several places. Also, on some area of the back cushions. The whole Sofa is squeaking like hell.
As a senior citizen, I feel ripped off after paying hard earned cash for protection that is being denied because I din't reach them on time . "Worry No More "has caused me a lot of grief.
I purchased LR furniture from Macys and they kept pushing this warranty. The sales rep says it will cover anything, there are no denials. MY sofa and chair are falling apart, I contact the warranty company, they say they will mail out a settlement check, and I wait, and wait, then I call, and they say they never received the paperwork.....SO then they say, it was closed out on the 7th, but their accounting dpt did not recceive it until the 14th???? But dont worry, because the checvk will be mailed out the 25th, or if not, then the 1st of July....This all started the first of April....One of those "THE CHECK IS IN THE MAIL"..
