Bought a pair of $300 jeans for stage wear. Five weeks later, I get a pair of jeans that look nothing like what was on their website. Not only that, they didn't fit. I ordered a pair of 30/30's and got something like a 29/28. Totally rediculous looking. Cheap quality too. Poor material quality. Called to complain, but got an email response from Pete. Made a bunch of excuses as to why there were so many problems. Tried even saying that the picture was a different size which shouldn't matter if they're custom made. Total Rip-off. Don't give these guys your hard earned money. They're greedy.
Terrible work & horrible customer service & way over priced!
My guy had a very similar experience except he brought in his own jeans of which Wornstar screwed up! They had the wrong color skulls and nothing was where they were supposed to be on the jeans. Again they blamed it on the different style of jeans verses the pair in store with same patches. They kept ignorning him and would respond via email when they felt like it. Never an apology from them either! He chanced another pair of jeans as they destroyed the first pair. He marked the second pair to show exactly where all patches & fringe should go. It took them 2 months again without any calls or emails to advise a timeframe. They suck! Don't waste your time or money. Find a good pair of jeans and a good quality seamstress to do it for you instead!
I've ordered several pairs of pants (starchaser, hellraiser) from them. I initially got the untailored versions, but also ordered some with custom cuts. They all came out nicely, and I'm happy with what I got. To get similar flare or bootcut jeans custom tailored would have cost a lot more than I paid.
I've ordered some of the off-the-shelf pants (Starchaser, Hellraiser) and some custom orders. So far, all is good. They have styles that aren't available on the mass market, and getting them tailored would cost a lot more. I'm happy with what I've received.
Wornstar Clothing Reviews
Works for me
I've had 3 custom stage pants done for me by Wornstar. Everything went well, and they are great. I just ordered 2 more custom pants.
