Worldwide Vacation Opportunities Reviews
I want to inform the public or who ever considers doing business with this company to think about what is happening at that company before there are more victim's of their scam because what I saw go on there is wrong and also illegal.
I worked for Worldwide Vacation Opportunities for almost a year before my conscience took over and I had to do what is right by leaving that company and reporting what they are doing to the public to the Better Business Bureau. We were taught to lie to customers and sell them vacation packages that were not what we discribed them to be.
Customers were believing they were paying for luxuries that they would never get and nearly every one of the customers I sold out packages to were extremely disappointed when they were on their vacation. Not only were customers disappointed with their vacation and Timeshare several of my co-workers had just got out of prison and we're giving access to customers credit card numbers which I watched several employees and convict copy down the information on a separate piece of paper and use customers cards to pay their own bills and order merchandise at the customers expense and Sharon and Steve BOTH MANAGERS knew this was going on and did nothing to stop it.
Not only did they not terminate the employee they also stole people's credit card information and charged their cards for thier own personal use ordering food for the company and paying personal debts themselves. Now one would ask "How could this be possible?"
It is because they never did background checks on the people they employed and they also needed those convicts and con men to keep the business afloat. Most of the people that worked there had just gotten out of prison and couldn't get jobs any where else and Sharon would hire them because from what she could see "convicts make the best sales people" is what she told me one time.
We were taught in training class to lie to customers and paint a beautiful picture of a wonderful vacation package that they were buying when that was was a lie. Customers would call in every week complaining of what a horrible trip they had and how crappy thier hotel was. We do not tell them that they will be staying in an old cheap hotel that was not on the main Vegas strip.
We sold packages to Vegas where customers stayed in roach infested hotels far from the strip in the old section of Las Vegas. We told people they would have rent a cars waiting for them which also was a lie. There was so much that we were taught to leave out because we needed the sale so bad so she told is clearly to lie to customers.
Several customers complained that every since they have thier credit card info to customers they all of the sudden had a bunch of charges they didn't put on their card. A woman told me she went on that trip and was harassed and pressured to buy Timeshare and was informed that she would only have to sit through an hour presentation which was a complete lie.
These Timeshare presentations are up to 6 hours long sometimes more and the entire time they are pressuring you to buy. Several detectives came to our office to investigate complaints that people were having thier credit card information used after they dealt with the company and I knew deep down inside I am working for a company that is scamming people left and right and I resigned from my position there.
So I advise anyone who is thinking about doing business with this company to really consider what I am going informing you of: I worked for Worldwide Vacation Opportunities and it is a scam. You will be informed how much of a nice time you will have and how your room and board on your cruise will be so nice and you will be highly dissatisfied when you get there.
I heard one of our employees say to another in the break room "I wish I could have seen the look on her face when she got to that hotel and seen it" and they both started laughing so I would advise you not to ever deal with them or Timeshare if you do not want to be scammed or have your credit card information used.
You are giving your information to people who are criminals and drug addicts working for minimum wage and are willing to tell whatever kind of lie they have to to get the sale. This is the kind of company Worldwide Vacation is. I advise you to serious reconsider doing business with that company if you don't want to become a victim yourself and this is coming from someone that actually worked there and saw what was going on at that company.
