I have sent an email and got right away a call from Victor. He was very nice, the price was great, everything was easy and quick. It sounded to good to be true. Therefore I startet to google and saw all the bad reviews online. I have already sent Victor a picture with my phone (had trouble sending emails to their server) from my document after I got all my doubts I told him about and he was still friendly. Then I hired another translator for more money and at the same day I have received an email from Victor that the boss of the company asked him to send me my translation for free to show me that they are real. So now I had two translations and I decides to use the free one from WorldAccess Translation since the look was much better and it was notarized on top. I had also a few things which I wanted to have changed. I have send Victor a text message and the next day I have received an email with the new version. I can not say anything about the bad reviews but in the end my experience was really good and I hope more people with positive experiences would write their reviews. I can reccomend WorldAccess Translation!!!
They responded me very quicky (wihtin hours) on the beginning after I sent them a quote reqest. It made me to believe that they are actually real and exist and I paid the amount they requested (2 documents (1 page each) for $40 in my case) and was hoping to get those translations in my mail within 2 weeks. After 4 weeks waiting, I NEVER receive them and I contacted them several times asking about it, but NEVER get any response.
