On 12/1/21 I ordered 2 parts from Worldpartsdirect.com online because the parts were "IN STOCK" according to their site. They were not. When I did not receive a tracking number after 6 days, I called them on 12/07 and was told by their customer agent "Michael" that the one of the parts was on backorder and would not be to them until the end of December, meaning, I would not get the parts until next year so I cancelled the order and they issued me a partial refund.
They charged me a cancellation fee for their mistake and misrepresentation. Buyers BEWARE of Worldpartsdirect.com's terrible and unfair business practices. Would NOT RECOMMEND this business.
