I ordered a course by course evaluation to World Education Services, have different institutions send my documents’ communicated the translations, and finally on April 21th, they issued an email to communicate a completion date , that date was April 29th.
I called the customer service to see if it was possible to pay extra for a faster processing, I was told no. On April 29th, I received no report, I started to call them because the deadline was passed, also I had my own deadline since I need to be top max April 20th to US embassy for my visa application.
It took me more than 4 months to get and send them my High School Diploma in My country where the administration is a real hell, especially when dealing with the ministries.
Then I received an email asking me to provide a translation for a credential I asked to be removed since April 12th, after another call to customer service, application of my status moved from On Hold To In Progress.
When I finally got my report on May 5th 2022, It was slopy incomplete job and they already sent it to my college electronically. My high school diploma transcript has exactly 10 courses, yet the report only mentions 2, just two grades.
I have an Italian Degree for one of the Engineering Programs in the University of Roma La Sapienza and according to your website (http://www.wes.org/gradeconversionguide/) I should have been evaluated using the scale for Engineering Programs, instead I was evaluated but with a normal scale.
My overall score has been affected by this negligence. I have been contacting the team in NY and I have never been offered a new evaluation.
I send them my certificates in sealed envolope as they asked for with a money check , they took the check and said they disnt recieve any envelopes , so i decided to sent them copies and i asked the customer service if this is okay because i cant go back to my county she said its okay so i sent it to them by express courier , they accepted the certificate but not the transcripts and they said it has to be in sealed envolope so i said but i cant go back to egypt and i cant get another envolope since you lost mine , they said thats not our business, i asked to speak with the supervisor ,she said you are not allowed to do this , i said okay send me my money back they said they will tale like 50$ of the money
