Workout Anytime, the company with many locations, chooses to ignore your letters, emails, or any requests to cancel their memberships. Apparently, It must be a sneaky way to collect extra money at the end of a membership. I had a month-to-month membership which I paid via draft. I had to close the draft account to stop them from attempting to collect more money from me after I notified them of my cancellation. They ignored the cancellation, accrued a couple of months of fees and then sent me to collections and placed the bogus fees on my credit report, costing me 50 points off my credit score. I have filed a complaint with corporate and asked them to correct this matter. if they correct this matter, I will update this report.
