I purchased two pairs of size 12 shoes from them. I have never purchased shoes that size that did not fit. The shoes I received were marked size 12 US but they were so small I could not even put them on my feet. They were size ten in my estimate. Woot would not exchange them or refunf my $100. They told me it was my fault as I ordered the wrong size.
Woot has on five (5) occassions in the past 3 months failed to deliver product that I have ordered. Woot offers many different type of products and generally offers many of the products for one day only. If you do not order on that day you lose the deal. In each situation I ordered one or more products, I received a confirmation notice from Woot on their website, received an e-mail notification from Woot that was ordered was accepted and received an e-mail notification from my credit card company that they authorized the charge. Only after checking the Woot website do I then determine that for some reason my order was denied. This does not happen all of the time, my credi tcard info is correct (I get a notiifcation from MY credit card compnay that they authorized the transaction. I NVER get ANY further notification from Woot. I am just posting this so others are aware of the extremely poor service.
