I ordered 2 pieces of fireglass for my fireplace insert that they advertised they had parts for.Told him what size-even tho they should know--being 6 3/4 by 10 3/4 with holes in for mounting.about a month later received 2 pieces of 7 by 11 fireglass with NO holes in--call & tell him wrong-doesnt fit need to return-he says ok will be a 20% restocking fee [had paid $125-so return should be $100]-I said fine-returned in original packing & box--was delivered according to my tracking # on 3-12-16--have been calling there for about 2 weeks now-spoke with 1 lady,voicemail about 6 times with no calls back or no money returned.
