I downloaded the free trial of their PDF editor 9/21/21. I uninstalled it on 9/22/21 because what was advertised is NOT what I got, and the free trial wasn't free:
1- Advertised as a PDF editing app, but could not fill in or edit PDF forms (how can you try out software if you don't have access to the common functions?)
2- It created invasive watermarks on every page of every PDF I downloaded and already had and opened with Wondershare. Discovered later they cannot be removed without paying them $80, rendering them useless, even after uninstalling the software.
3- Even after uninstalling, they are tracking my use and have access to and interfere with all documents I opened during the "free trial" including forms I own and legal forms containing personal information, because when I right click on the watermark to choose an action (as in delete or edit), a web page for Wondershare opens immediately demanding payment even though I ended the relationship before the "free trial" ended.
This is false advertising, violation of privacy, and extortion...requiring an $80 payment to get the documents you own restored to a useful state during a dysfunctional "free trial" then remaining on your device after you uninstall it like a spyware virus you can't get rid of?? I now have to replace/rewrite every PDF, and pay someone to get their invasive software off of my device.
There is nothing wonderful about "Wondershare". If they hoped to trap me into paying them, it didn't work, and furthermore they've lost customers by beginning what might have turned into a long term relationship by trying to manipulate a sale through misrepresentation and force.
Anyone else having this issue? Lets join forces and go class action.
I tried this company after my wife's iPhone was bricked by an update. All I wanted to do was try to reinstall the OS, as iTunes had failed. I selected just that option ($59.95) and clicked pay via Paypal. It then had me log into Paypal, and quickly confirmed without showing me a final price. Found out later I was charged $99.95.
Besides the obvious pricing scam the software itself seems to do nothing more than you can do with iTunes. I tried to install the OS, it pretended to download the needed software (which was odd, since I didn't have any network activity corresponding to the large download it claimed), and then the program gave an error and quit.
This company is a complete scam. They will lie to you, lie to Paypal, lie to your bank, do anything they can to keep your money once they have it. I was desperate and hopeful to get the phone working again, and fell for their scam. Don't make my mistake.
Signed up for a 100% Money Back 30 day trial for Wondershare's fotophire photo editor. I was required to make a payment with my debit card but was assured it was a risk free trial. I was not satisifed with the quality of the product and immediately requested a refund. Never was refunded and I then emailed them a total of six times within two weeks and never received anything back on my refund request. Never again will do business online with a Chinese based company. STAY AWAY FROM WONDERSHARE.
I would like to express my dismay with the installation process of the Wondershare product PDFelement 6 Pro for Windows. Here in a nutshell my thoughts.
o The installer automatically reboots when finished downloading/installing - this is unacceptable
o The installer executed highly invasive changes into the Windows registry core - e.g. replacing PDF file types with PDFEelement types and adding a printer plus extra background services - completely unacceptable.
o Upon executing the de-installation process the background services are NOT removed - including one global service under common/Wondershare and PF/common/Wondershare. - utterly unacceptable.
The end user is now OBLIGATED to remove all references to Wondershare from the registry themself, reboot and remove all services by hand.
THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR !!!
I am reporting this company Wondershare to the relevant authorities and scam watchdogs in the hope that more people will gain awareness of these dubious business practices. Also the relevant Anti-Spyware producers should marke any products comping from this company as "suspicious" and have these products marked as Malware because these practices are shady at best.
Wondershare's Dr. Fone IOS System recovery advertised that it would fix the problem with my IPhone 6 and repair the IOS so that it could be resoted and it does not. Their website claims a 7 day free trial and money back guarantee; however, once i had made the purchased and advised just hours after that i wanted a full refund of Order No. Q171012031359329039134 and opened a ticket with them. Other than the initial automated reply concerning ticket#TID2699414 I never heard a word from them. After doing some research I found that many others have experienced the same results from this company and their products are SCAMS. DO NOT Purchase WONDERSHARE products!
I purchased Wondershare Data recovery software over the internet. I'm convinced that I was scammed. It didn't work when I tried it, I got no response from customer service, and now I can't even open the program.
If you need data recovery software, talk to someone knowledgeable before purchasing.

The paypal account is affiliated with MyCommerce but they also only have an email as contact. They do not have a phone number.
When I called the phone numbers that I found listed on websites I spoke to former affiliates which all said they also cannot get in contact with this company and are experiencing as many as 10 phone calls a day regarding this SCAM.
I am requesting that MyCommerce or any of the above mentioned companies refund me immediately!

After downloading the "Free Trial" version I was unable to even begin because the package would not handle any large files so I purchased the full version. After taking several hours for it to read my library i tried to start using the delete duplicate option in the software. The program immediately became unresponsive and locked the computer up. After restarting the computer I tried the process again with the same results. I tried receiving any technical support from wondershare but received 1 email that said they were sorry and that I may need to try a differant program that was for iphones. This was ludicris since I was working with itunes on my PC. I found a software package from another company that did complete the task so I requested a refund from wondershare. I never received any reply.
I purchased DVD Creator but part of the program does not work on my Macintosh computer as Wondershare says it should. I contacted customer service and they suggested I try one thing. I did as they suggested, but it did not work. I worked five more emails explaining that what they asked me to try did not work. They never answered any of those emails. I has asked for a refund twice, but have not heard back from them
