I got a call on April 30, 2019 asking me if I wanted to become an agent to promote there new consulting services to small businesses. After a two hour conversation with my "coach" Stan Dekker, Vincent Martinez and Travis Sands I was interested in the money making opportunity, but had information overload. Travis Sands continued the phone call by sending me a few documents via email. I got rushed into docu-signing these agreements.
Later that day I was going to read them thoroughly but was unable to because of a website error message on their end. When docu-signing I never saw page 2 (an invoice for $2,500) nor did Travis Sands tell me he would charge me $2,500 that day when asking for my credit card number.
I called and emailed Stan Dekker and Vincent Martinez so they could explain how I could read the documents and re-explain my exact role as an agent, but got no reply for at least a week. I called and emailed them several times, but never a reply.
Because of this complete lack of communication to a new agent I cancelled the agreement via email, but I later found out it was voided because three days pasted since the signing date.
Weeks later I saw a $2,500 charge and a $19.95 charge on my statement. I again contact Stan Dekker and Vincent Martizne and got no reply. Because of this, I opened up a dispute with the fraud department of my credit card company.
During this time W L Madden had started the "lead process" and started calling prospects on my behalf. No one contacted me to tell me this fact.
One day I finally get a call from a guy named Allan Farris who let a voicemail saying he denied my refund request because the "lead process" had begun and calls were being made on my behalf. No one contacted prior to this to tell me this fact.
A few weeks later I get the standard letter from the Fraud Department which said they denied my request because the charges were correct and attached a page 2 of the agreement I docu-signed which was a invoice for $2,500 for leads. This was the first time I saw this invoice. By giving this to the fraud department they are implying I saw this document. If full disclosure would have occurred on April 30, 2019 I would have stopped the transaction, because I had too many unanswered questions to pay $2,500.
Because I thought I cancelled the agreement I thought the monthy charge of $19.95 for "AMF Hosting/Training" would stop also. It has not.
I finally got a email from Allan Farris to find out they are conducting a 6 - 12 month campaign on my behalf, which prior to that I was never told about. I told Allan Farris to immediately stop this campaign.
All this time still no contact by my coach. A total lack of communication to a confused newbie. A very helpless feeling.
This is no way to recruit new agents interested in an income opportunity. A very unethical way to do business considering they are suppose to be business consultants. I am dumpfounded how W L Madden and specifically Allan Farris thinks they did nothing wrong.
WL Madden posts the flip side to the story...also known as the truth
This gentleman is in the process of receiving a full refund for the campaign he purchased and although the story he wrote is very entertaining it is unfortunately not the truth. For starters anyone reading this is more than welcome to call the 877-925-1050 number that we supposedly never answered for Michael... and you will find that we "always" pick the phone up durning business hours. Our business hours are 9am to 5pm mountain standard time.
With that being said it would have been very difficult for this person to call in and not get a live person on the phone.
Now, when Michael had called in and told us he had no idea what he spent 2,500.00 on and told us he was filing a "FRAUD" charge what really happened was he was told that we will not be able to allow him to do so because we are not a fraudulent company. We told him that we would have no problem issuing a refund if his campaign didn't produce the result expected but we did in fact fulfill every aspect of our agreement and that is why his credit card company would not let him charge back..... I don't know anyone who spends 2,500.00 and doesn't remember what they spent it on..... DO YOU??? Of course not... This man is full of you know what and the sad part is we have already recouped 3,634.00 in commissions that were supposed to go to him. I tried explaining what it was he had purchased and how much better off he would've been to stick with us but he insisted on a refund instead.... So thats exactly what he is going to get. However... We would never let anyone defame us and call us a fraudulent company just as we would never let some moron come onto a site like this without telling everyone the truth.... And FYI if anyone is interested in listening to the actual recorded phone calls of each and every one of our communications with this delusional man who spends 2,500.00 at a whack and doesn't even know what it is that he purchase please call us at 877-925-1050. We are definitely not going to allow some guy who first tries to tell his credit card company he received a 2,500.00 fee he never knew he was going to get and then says he doesn't remember agreeing to it get away with posting lies. The truth is we send out email in which the client inputs the credit card themselves and if I could upload documents to this post I would show you that Michael actuallt pulled out his card and entered the numbers himself into the fields and then hit "pay now"..... Does this seem like someone who didn't know they were about to pay for something? Of course not. I'm actually so irate at this guy because I am sending out a check on the 28th..... that I may now just not send it unless he comes back onto this website and erases everything he posted.... As a matter of fact I'm pretty sure I am not refunding you anymore Michael until you call your friends at scamio and tell them to remove your lies. You pick.... keep your lies up or get 2,500.00? And Mike, I spent the extra commissions your campaign earned on some flowers for my girlfriend since we got to keep them. The best part is your campaign has 2 more loans closing next week for another 2700.00 in commissions that were supposed to be yours.... So thank you for only costing us 2,500.00 rather than the 6000.00 we would've ended up sending to you. It's people like you that shoot themselves in the foot just like you're doing right now by posting lies.... You should've taken your refund and left your excuses and lies to yourself Mike.... Moron
