This company is rediculous. I call my NetGear support and some how was transfered over to this company. Little did I know that this wasn't NetGear helping my until I saw the charge on my card. I called with issues of connecting my wireless printer to the router. After hours on them actually not fixing the problem I gave up and said I would call Canon. They say they pulled the "viruses" that where on the desk top, but when I ran another scan, not downloaded by them, more viruses pulled up. Now I am wondering if really they hacked my computer. Either way the printer still will not connect to the router. So the $120 was really for nothing. Thanks guys!!
