I ordered a clamp on muzzle brake for my rifle back on 11/25/2020, and I should've done a little bit more due-diligence than I did. The "BBB" has their rating an "F"! go figure. in any event I paid $87 for the item that they stated that would take a few weeks. A week later I received an e-mail from a woman in the office, (it rhymes with Pauline) stating that I measured the muzzle incorrectly and I would need to do it over and call back and give her the proper measurements. So, I bought a micrometer as discussed, remeasured and gave them the proper measurements via phone to another lady (Not Pauline) and she stated in effect, that she would relay this to Pauline and Production and get my part in line, and made.
Fast Forward a couple weeks after that I called to do a follow up, and spoke with Pauline yet again, she stated in effect that my part was done, there are about 600 parts that they have to ship and mine should be one of those parts, etc... I did another follow-up today and after several follow-ups and 7-1/2 weeks of waiting, she (Pauline) stated in effect that "she sent an email to me back when I ordered it about the measurements being wrong." ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!! I then in frustration said "GOD D***-IT" Has anyone else ever said a swear word in frustration??? Anyone??? Well, little Ms. Pauline scolded me and said: If you are going to cuss I am hanging UP. (as she stomped her feet and WAAAHHH).
I said, I am frustrated.... and then she hung up! So, Pauline, you can't handle the heat from a customer who's been very patient over 7-1/2 weeks and said a cuss word, not directed at you, and you hang up??? BRAVO Pauline you must be so proud of yourself, of how you handled a customer with your lack of professionalism, you probably are patting yourself on the back. No wonder you guys have an "F" Rating by the BBB. Because your CS Skills SUCK!!! A piece of advice to you Pauline, don't chastise adults, it's not welcome, and if it was your fearless leader Kenneth Wittekiend who sent the response, then he should know better too. If i can give a negative review I would, but your "F" Rating at the BBB says it all.
