Spent absolutely no time with me/ on my case. First time ever being incarcerated and she would not talk to me nor my mom and also refused to recommend they pull me out for my hearing. Two months prior she and the judge decided that the father of my baby could only see him under supervision. By this time I am incarcerated for the first time ever awaiting my court date and not charged.. My child's father was about to go to hail for non payment of child support so I get a notice of a custody hearing.. I write me snider a letter after she won't answer my calls... (My hero of a mother currently had the baby) I explained to her how it was above anything,
UNSAFE for my baby to live with his addict father who abused me and raped me for 3 years. She never answered..... My mom got a hold of her and she tells my mom to just prove that she's had the baby since my incarceration... My mom does so and all of a sudden ms snider will not reply to her or even answer her calls! My baby's dad got granted full custody but luckily he doesn't even want the baby.. He just doesn't want to go to jail for nonpayment. Please tell me what else I can do to prevent this or something worse from happening in the future due to ineffective gal Jennifer snider. Just HORRIBLE!
