I had finally found a dress for my son's wedding on this website. Wishbrides.com. The dress color that I chose was the color "as shown in the picture".
The company worked with me to get it out and delivered in a timely fashion knowing that I needed to have it quickly, so that if there was any final adjustments needing to be made, my local tailor would be able to get them done before the wedding.
But when I received the dress, I was in shock, as it was nothing like the color that was "as shown in picture" on the website.
I immediately contacted the service department to express how upset I was that this color (in which there is no contact number only a email site) to tell them I could Never wear this dress in in my son's wedding. I emailed daily fighting day after day to express my disappointment, my stress and how upset I was with only a few weeks to go before my son gets married which is Sept. 6th and that I would like to send the dress back and get a refund as I just spent $170.00 for a dress I can not wear and I need to find another.. in which I haven't yet.
They stated, they needed a picture of the dress, So I took a picture and sent it to them. Then they stated that they could not refund the dress because it was an international delivery and that there people took time and labor to make this special.
Well I worked hard also laboring at work to make that $170.00 to spend for a dress, I told them I would pay for delivery return back to them. They stated they would give me 15% return on my money and that I could keep the dress and that was there final offer. That is after daily emails to them and starting off, that they would give me 10%, then 12% and ended with 15%.
I informed them I would be calling my lawyer, and posting all over facebook how they have literally just robbed me of $170.00. In which I posted to others please don't EVER use this site as they will send you low quality, knock off dresses that are not what you order and then KEEP your money!!!.
I may not get back my money, but I hope this will help others not get taken advantage of and robbed of their hard earned money and go through less stress then I have.
I HAD THE EXACT PROBLEMS AND RESPONSES AS THE ABOVE. AFTER MUCH BACK AND FORTH THEY OFFERED ME A 5% DISCOUNT ON A TOTALLY WORTHLESS DRESS. I HAVE SINCE READ MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND HAVE NOT READ ABOUT ANYONE RECEIVING THEIR MONEY BACK. BEWARE! POOR QUALITY, COLOR AND SIZING. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered a larger dress at wishbrides and when i received it there were no tags and it was too small. I wrote the company and they told me to bad its my problem. Very rude nasty people.
Take my advice! I wish I read all the reviews people posted before I ordered my mother of the bride dress. The quality is poor and the dresses are knock offs. I request to return the dress, provided the pictures they asked me for. I even provided the picture of the "same" dress I tried on at the bridal store. They will not budge. They say, "Sorry, there is nothing wrong with your dress. It cannot be returned in this case. This is the final conclusion. Kind regards, Roger". So I will continue to write reviews on any blog I find about wishbrides.com. They steal your money. Complete RIPOFF. VERY DISAPPOINTED. And they claim they have excellent customer service! NOT! Use caution before you proceed with them.

Me: well you are not working with me. I compared the 2 dresses and the quality difference is major. The bodice of the dress you sent me in larger and not symmetrical and the beads and sequins are NOT the same and you promote highest of quality on the beads and sequins you use

Me: do you really not see the difference from the dark gray dress I tried on at the bridal shop and the dress you mailed to me
there is a BIG difference in the bodice and the quality of the lace overlay
Cherry: if we can see the issue,we can not say same words again and again
Me: There is a pucker in the sewing above the bodice.
I will send you 20 pictures if that is what it takes.
