Beware of this company called Wish Addict (they are very active on Facebook). This is an elaborated scam.
I bought twice from them (shame on me) the earphone bone conductor.
I never received anything and they are impossible to reach via mail or via any other means.
I read the other reports on the company, and when you get the stuff, it is of very poor quality. I am sick and tired of this rippoff! The only problem is that I live in France and do not have the pleasure of traveling to Panama. I want to put them out of business, first, their advertisement is fraudulent, when you lodge a complaint, they create a ticket and close it after a few days, they do not deliver the products (to me, twice) and they are a fraud. I need advice in order to join a class action lawsuit against them, to contact Facebook so that their page be removed (not very simple) so that that stop victimizing others. Their products are made in China for the most part but do not be fooled, they operate out of Panama.

I ordered a nintendo console but regretted it right after i bought it cause I looked up in AMAZON that that console was a cheap product/scam from NUMEROUS complaints/ reviews so I CANCELLED my order literally 5 minutes after I put in the order.
Then MYRNA BAY was the customer service and told me that they were in their final stages and could not refund... the company policy says you are allowed up to 12 hours after purchase to cancel the order... so she was obviously BSing me and then it all came to me... this is a scam. I went NUTS, I threatened to do horrible things to them lol... to find them somewhere in the world and be their nightmare lol. Anyways... $161.90 they scammed me.

I ordered two sets of wireless bluetooth headphones. After two months of No receipt I contacted them and lo and behold one set arrived two days later. I wrote back re the second set I had ordered.... after 4 months of no response they keep sending me TICKET CLOSED rnotifications and obviously have no intention of filling the order.

November 2017 I ordered a MemoBird thermal printer from Wish Addict. (I spotted an advert for this on Facebook). As part of the deal, I should have also received 4 rolls of thermal paper. I have a screenshot of the deal showing this.
Over a month later I received the printer, but no paper rolls. Since then, I have tried to make contact on numerous occasions via their website ticketing system, and by email. I never receive any positive response, other than ‘we will deal with your request’, or something similar.
This is always, and I mean always, followed up with an email saying my ticket had been closed. I then reopen the ticket, only to go through the above procedure yet again. Not once has anyone from the company acknowledged the fact that I am owed the 4 rolls of paper. If anyone from Wish Addict should read this report at some stage then the order number is 91139520.
I have also posted messages on the Wish Addict Facebook page, only for the admin to mark them as spam, so customer support is not high on their agenda! As mentioned earlier, I have a screenshot of the website page showing the printer deal to include 4 rolls of paper.

I sent a email that I would be filing false advertising claims with ftc. Suddenly the next shipment was the right one and it was sent registered mail. It doesn't work but I got my money back. They don't even seem to realize that I was refunded the money. The FTC says that the seller is responsible for the item arriving. Not the third party they order it from. Wish addict acts like once they order it from the manufacturer that the order is fullfilled and they have no further responsibility for the order. It took almost 4 and 1/2 months to get the order that was promised in 10-15 days.
I ordered a product through an ad on Facebook for Wish Addict that I never received after a month I contacted them and it clearly stated on the tracking information the product had been returned to the company but after many emails back and forth and them saying they would research and reship the product I never received it. I just received this note, I feel it's unfair to the consumer to charge $5.95 for shipping then tell them after the order is placed that it may take a half month to get there.

I ordered a copper frying pan together with a toilet potlight, as they call it, at the beginning of September.
The copper frying pan arrived and have been corresponding with regard to the toilet potlight.
I had a few answers that the product was on the way. No tracking number was given.
The response, with regard to the first few inquiries, were answered quite quickly but my last few queries have not been answered at all.
It is as if they simply ignore my requests.
I have requested a refund, to which I have not received a reply.
At the moment the situation is completely unknow to me.
