Do not trust this company. They make up arbitrary rules as they go along. I placed an order with them and before it was shipped they asked me for a copy of my BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENT. This is a first from ANY company that I have ever dealt with. Because of the unusual request (which could possibly be "phishing" or a SCAM, I decided to cancel my order. However, the company refused to cancel this order stating that Orders can be cancelled 'ONLY WITHIN THE FIRST 8 HOURS AFTER IT WAS PLACED".
This is the first time I ever heard of, or seen, such a ridiculous policy. I believe that they make up these rules as they go alont. I would advise potential buyers NOT to deal with this company. They also change advertized prices as they go along. You think you are buying at one price, and then when you click to "BUY" the price changes. If you don't notice this, you will be paying a higher price.

I have ordered some relatively inexpensive stuff from Wish.com and when the items are damaged, defective or otherwise useless, I've just bitten the bullet and let it go. I tried to get customer service but they make it extremely difficult to get any satisfaction, so yes, I just bit the bullet. Should have learned.
Last month I ordered a $50 item and it did not work so I began trying to get resolution. They have sent little more than canned emails expressing apologies for any inconvience, yet have continually asked me to provide more and more info about my purchase...like they don't have all that on file..They want a picture showing how it what doesn't work (???).. the order #, a picture of the box it came in ??? ( I never said the box was damaged) and most recently proof that I've been blocked by their site ect. absolutely nothing about the the nonworking item. I have sent over a dozen emails describing the problem and expressing frustration with their customer service, yet they will not address the defective item (leviating magnetic globe that doesn't levitate) I've asked them to send a prepaid return ticket but they won't address that.. ( along with the $50 item, I paid and additional $12 for shipping.)
Their phone number does not work either, so there is no way a person can get anything from them other than their canned emails expressing feigned concern. After about 3 to 4 weeks of emails I can no longer get on their site and the last request for more info was proof that I have been blocked from their website. I see that I am not the only one blocked by their site because of a complaint.
The motto "we've got your back" is totally false.. I have been forced to turn to my credit card company for resolution/dispute. not sure that will work but perhaps they won't be so willing to blow off the credit card company as they have been with me.
It is fun and easy to shop at Wish.com, easy to pay but impossible to get help when you have a problem.
People need to know that there is no customer service from Wish.com. and that they do not stand behind anything they market.
Wish promises delivery of items procured, 3 months past promised delivery date, nothing has been delivered.
I have many products say free till you get to checkout and then it's a different price. I have written there contact us place no response.. The falsify there products and advertisements.. I took different pics of stuff I was trying to purchase..
My daughter purchased some nail polish via wish.com. She waited for many months for the item to arrive. Once the item arrived (shipped from Hong Kong), the package had only been secured by one peice of scotch tape and the package was empty. We both contacted the Customer Support Department for Wish.com, sending them a complete explanation as to what had happened along with photos of the package that clearly had not been secured with proper shipping tape. We both got the same, what appears to be, a very standard statement:

We apologize for the inconvenience. After reviewing the photo you've sent, we've determined that the item was sent to you inside the package you received.
According to details, the weight of the item inside corresponds to the information of the package and this was delivered in accordance with postal service providers.

I had sent them many follow-up emails to explain that this is not the case and asking them that if a third party mailed the item, how is it possible to determin what was in the package when it was mailed. They do not care about the consumer and the owners are scamming people for money.
It is very clear they are in the business to collect money, rip off consumers, and not provide an ethical company to shop. This company primarily uses an app to buy products and I believe they pander to young people with phones. Cheap items that young people are shopping for. When logging on you must allow them to see your approximate age so that they know what products to push for your age group. However there is nothing that stops a young person, say under the age of 18 to use their site. As with most young people, they use their phones quite a bit, so I believe this to be an app that is designed to sell to younger people and take their money. They do not appear to have a legitimate customer service as most reponses appear to be computer generated.
I will also be filing a claim with the FTC and Consumer Affairs,
Ordered 4 items from wish.com through the website. The website explained to download the app to get 50% off total order, I did. Then checked out, the 50% discount was not applied. I immediately cancelled the order through the internet. There are no phone number to contact these people that sell this stuff.

I did this several time. I request a refund for each of the items, had to send a picture of what I cancelled. This company is a rip off to the highest degree.
Bought 3 sweaters, took two months to arrive and then only 2 were in package. Contacted them and was told too bad because package was delivered.
CrystallandUSA had me return the products I bought thru wish.com to a vacant establishment. They have not refunded me.
Wish.com Their ad made it look like you are buying a Samsung S21 Ultra, but what was sent was a chinese made knock off. Hard to get instructions for a refund. Wish.com.
Do not make any purchases from this website they do not honor their advertising prices the sellers on this website are scammers you'll be lucky to get anything that you buy that is expensive and they continue to try and take money from your account even though you have maid payment. No support phone number to speak to any humans and they never and I mean never repair any of the problems they have created
I placed my order in June of 2020 and received a notification that it would be delivered by 29 September 2020. I received an update in August when I requested it and was told it was still being processed.
The deadline of the 19th of September came and went and I did not get delivery. When I asked about it, I was told they would check on the order. I communicated via online chat.
The next opportunity to check on my order came in November of 2020 when I was told it was too late, by the policy of Wish.com, to request a refund. I also queried the online chat again in Jan 2021 to see if I could get resolution. Again, I was told no refund andor no return. I found the comment about no return funny since I never received the product. I filed for a dispute with the CC companybank and they said it had been too long since the transaction posted and the only recourse I had was to negotiate with Wish.com.
In April, I contacted Wish.com and they again told me no refund would be issued as it was outside their refund term. for the above reasons, I am posting my complaint here.

I ordered a cell phone from them on 6-26-20, but I didn't receive it till 8-29-20. The Item I ordered will not work with my network so I needed to return it for a refund, no response. I filed a complaint with paypal and then wish told me they couldn't proceed wih my refund till I cancelled my complaint with paypal, so I did. then wish told me to keep the phone and did not offer a refund eventhough I am still in the 30 day refund window. I ordered a Smartphone S20U from the Wish Company/ContextLogic, inc. It arrived damaged and broken. When i got my taxes i orded things for my pets they refunded for two things out of 4 but never received. two weeks later made a order for close to 300. 00 they seem to refund me one or two things but not all of it each time they do something to my account it charges me.

Checking the retail internet site I came across a company called WISH.COM. They had hundreds of items and at unbelievable prices. The first was a pair of shoes on a first bid wins for .75 cents using your credit card. I took the bid and they took the .75 cents out of my account. Interestingly 3 days later I get an email that said someone else was ahead of me and I did not get the shoes at .75. Ironically it took at least 10 days to get the money back on my card.
The same day on the site I ordered a awning for my porch door. The cost of the awning with shipping was $37 so I ordered it. That is when the saga started as it did not fit so I went to their site to do a return. No matter where I searched I could not find the support dept on the web to get the return started. Finally when I did locate a so called support link it would not allow me to ask how to do a return. The link said choose a listed reason and none applied as I just needed to know how to do a return.
I chose a link to see what would happen and the response was someone will contact you in 3 to 5 days. The response came and they asked me for a picture of the item. I told them it was their item and tried to cut and paste from their site but it would not. This went on for several days so I finally sent them a photo I had in my computer just to be able to converse. They responded they did not recognize the photo to please send photo. I cannot get a response from them to return the item and each time they return with a 3 to 5 delay.
I am over it as they are a scam business and they have no way to reach if they have customer service person. I have wasted so much time and I should have realized with the shoe sale they are not legit. I had also ordered some other items that never arrived and I keep getting emails with a new delivery date. I will tell you "buyer beware" what you see but is not what you get in terms of items and the ability to work with a real company who offers real customer service. I am out about $75 but worse 2 months of time and disappointment. What a fraud company.
I tried to order a replacement part for a small led flash light. I placed the order with Wish.com on March 12th and paid with PayPal. Thinking that PayPal would help. The order said it would arrive in late April. I checked the shipping details and it said it was leaving China customs on March 26th. April 12th I made an inquiry on what happened. Their automated system told me to wait 15 days. I tried again on the 26th, again it told me to wait. Then on May 5th I asked again and it offered a partial refund for Shipping of $4.20. The order was $12.66. It said to wait 10 days, so far every 10 days ir states to wait 10 days. The system will not let you do anything more. I want a full refund! You can't contact anyone! DO NOT do business with them, you will not get you money back or your order. PayPal was no help either they said to wait till July.
Bought an item and got it right away (came from the US)> Then bought a few small items, cell phone cases, etc. and NEVER got them. TOTAL SCAM. they just keep extending the delivery date, no tracking .
Apparently products are shipped from China, and they never sent them. Waiting over a month and a half now.

Summary:
On April 10, I purchased two UVA wands from wish.com.
Items were committed for delivery on April 22 and between April 27 and May 19. They never arrived.
On May 2 they reimbursed shipping cost for first article ($15) and said to contact back on between May24 and June 8 to get full refund. They changes date for second article to June 22, 2020, without notification or option to cancel, which violates FTC rules for ecommerce.
Since May 24, I am unable to get refunded for either article. No option on virtual assistant. Support via email only refers to virtual assistant to get refund but as stated, instructions do not work and does not offer refund options.
Or they lie stating full refund (vs shipping) was made, it was not or that it is past the deadline of their refund policy (it is not how can it be if the say to get back by May 24 June 8). They run the clock to never refund! On June 8, 2020 it has still not been refunded!

Beware, avoid or boycott Wish.com
Wish.com is not the most impressive store but it is cheap. Most items seem to be coming form China, which explains the low prices and the long, very long delays to receive anything.
Over the last years, Wish.com managed to get more efficient. Many items seems to be locally stored and other were more efficiently shipped. With COVID-19, this has changed: most of the items simply do not arrive since mid-March 2020.
In March and April 2020, wish.com was helping, refunding shipping cost with delays and refunding items that did not arrive. Yet it became impossible to speak with a human (chat or phone) and a virtual assistant is the gatekeeper to being able to contact support!
Mid-April, May and June 2020, the situation has worsened significantly:Wish.com claims it has refund policies that kick 3 months after order (not after delivery etc.). March orders not delivered are now running against that. Yet the virtual assistant changes committed delivery date and the suggest that refund can only be asked 2 weeks several weeks after the committed date. Sometimes that date is past the 3 months and they try to assert it to refuse refund.
So far when it happened it has been possible to revert that. But it simply is a scam that they clearly are trying to play. Now the virtual assistant does no more offer path to get shipping cost refunded or refunds, despite past the date where it says refund can be obtained. In fact the option are not offered
oIf shipping cost were refunded, it now claims that refund took place as if full refund had taken place; something that hasnt been the case.
o No option to get full refund is offered.If you manage to contact support reusing an older email to [email protected], etc.):
oThey tell you refund can only be obtained through virtual assistant Yet as discussed above that option does not exists!
o If you point this out, they still provide the same instructions
oOr they dont reply!
o If you are lucky to get a useful support agent, they will waste the opportunity by:
Asking you what item is missing (f more than one)
Telling you about the refund policy limit
Ask you to wait
Tell you that you are past policy when you are not and / or follow their explicit dates to request refund
But NO refund!
In addition, items ordered in March or early April are schedule for delivery end of June! The dates are actually changing.
I had a March order which was committed by April 22 and April 27- Mid May. Neither made it. The first one with changed target of May 2 and refund supposedly available on May 19, has still not arrived more been refunded. Policy limit is June 8!

Ordered over 2 months ago maybe about $150 of various items. I received one item - finallly - some fishing hooks. Thats it.

Ordered item from WISH.com. Item was never delivered to me but was delivered to another person in town which UPS was not able to disclose. Unable to get resolved after multiple complaints to the support website with WISH.
Purchased a dust mask set (two masks) with disposable paper filters that slide into the masks. Only received the paper filters, no masks. Contacted customer service online The next day they responded and said their "investigation" showed that I was sent the entire order. I made a report to paypal and contacted wish again stating that I in fact had NOT received the entirety of my order. Wish then responded that their new "investigation" showed I had only ordered the paper filters and not the two dust masks the filters go in.
I replied that I had made a report to PayPal but before I escalated my report to a claim I wanted to give wish a chance to resolve the issue and just send me the missing parts of my order. Their third response was to go back to their first story that they did send me all of what I ordered.
So I told them it's a shame they can't pick one lie and stick to it, filed a claim with PayPal, and got a refund from PayPal.....I feel it's necessary to state that my daughter had purchased some small things from wish.com and had no issues, that's why I gave them a try. I'd say wish.com is a dice roll, you maybe will get your order or maybe not. Just don't purchase anything expensive nor use anything other than PayPal or a credit card that will let you dispute charges if wish rips you off.

I purchased an XGODY 7.0 Ultra Thin Android Smartphone cell phone on September 24, 2018. It arrived on October 24, 2018. There were no invoices nor return voucher in the box. I reached out to my carrier to see if I would be able to obtain service and was told "No".
I have called and emailed this company since October of 2018, and have gotten nothing but a run around. I know I've reached out to a dozen representatives since then and still reaching out to no avail. I believe I've been scammed.
I paid $142.00 including shipping for this phone. Their customer service department leaves much to be desired. Also when I call, I can never speak to anyone. There's always a voice mail. This company states in their return policy "They Have Your Back"....Not
I purchased two pair of sunglasses and one of the lenses has a clear chip on it. I sent them numerous pictures and they keep asking me to send them a clearer picture, I even used a flashlight to highlight the picture. I have been messaging with them back and forth for three days now....
I wanted to write and express how disheartened and disappointed I am with what has happened as a new seller with partnership with Wish.com. As a new seller, of course, I was excited that Wish.com was another avenue of selling my merchandise through. What I did not realize is the company is a SCAM, a complete sham, and to be stayed far away from.
The first red flag was when they sold one of my items for 1 cent, with FREE SHIPPING. What I did not realize that my shipping terms had not been loaded from Shopify platform as expected. Therefore, the three orders that I had all incurred free shipping fees and the order for 1cent made me lose money. I honored it anyway, since it is the right thing to do.
When I reached out to Wish.com about my order, I was told they the reserve the right to adjust my prices. I do not understand how this is fair or just, when I as a merchant dictate the prices of my merchandise and shipping as they deem profitable for me. Here is a copy of the generated email I received from them:

The next red flag is when I received three other emails telling me that my orders were being refunded to the buyers because I had failed to upload my tracking information, which. I did upload my tracking; they show up on my dashboard, I have proof that I had done so.

This company allows vendors to use pictures of procucts which come from other honest websites, from these pictures they create poorly made reproductions. They do not have genuine gemstones nor are they 925 sterling. Although there is a San Francisco address the shipments come from China.
There is a 30 day return policy but most of the time it takes so long to receive your order if you try and return it you will be told you have passed the 30days. Total scammers and thieves. I didn't pay much money for anything I purchased so just threw it in the garbage where it should have been in the first place. Do not shop with them. items are very cheap, but are not what's pictured or described, you'll get cheap knockoffs.
I used PayPal so had no weird charges, but I have seen complaints where people have had their accounts blocked and to unblock your account Wish asks you to send a copy of your bank statement. I have never had a company request this sort of information and you should NEVER send this infor. it is not necessary. They will use your info to add payments to your account or worse sell it to an outside source.
I ordered some linger air and some swim suits online, about ten or more items. I payed by visa debit card. All the transactions were declined. What am I going to do? How do I get my money back? DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM "WISH" BECAUSE THEY ARE A "MONEY SCAMMING" "RIP OFFS" JUST "THEIVES"!!!
I ordered two free rings one I was charged 2.00 the other I was charged 58.00 for shipping. When I checked my order cancelled both rings with a half hour time frame neither order cancelled. I reported to Wish.com and was told I choose the shipping price. Not true they Wish.com entered the shipping automantically.

I placed an order end of Nov to receive by Christmas. The order was delayed, til Jan. I kept checking the status and it kept telling me delayed. End of Dec, I was told to wait. Feb, I again, contacted the company, they told me that I was outside of their 30 day window refund policy. They took my $, I never received my product! I asked for at least a credit and they responded with the same answer of no help because of the 30 day refund policy. 9 months later, my account shows my order is still delayed. They still will do nothing to help resolve this.
I bought a few things that I was going to give out as gifts. But when I got the stuff in the mail it was not what was posted. I spent around $280 I had to call my bank to help me get my money back. Wish is nothing but a SCAM COMPANY.

I made a purchase from wish.com may 5th 2017. By June 19th I had not received first part of shipment so I sent support several messages over the next 4 months . With little response except automated messages and emails. I never received any of my order. It could not be found through the U. S. Postal service tracking numbers (12 items in Total) . I let wish know this they sent an automated reply so I sent emails back and forth 85 in Total over 4 month. Was assured 2 weeks ago I would be refunded the remaining amount in 3 to 5 business days I was not. Wish said " rest assured it was refunded " it was not. Contacted them again " it had to be my bank that messed it up, ha ha ha. I have had to contact my bank the attorney general and the BBB. Now they say I'm past the 30 day return policy WHAT RETURN NEVER RECEIVED EVER Never trust them with anything ever
First time attempted purchase on wish.com 3 months ago. Tried purchasing online a dozen sun visors and the next day discovered the product would not arrive for 21 days and I needed them in 10 days so I cancelled the order. That was the only time I dealt with the service. Yesterday, my bank account was unauthorize charged 5 times for a total of over $170.00. I notified my bank and opened an investigation of fraud case. I feel violated and something should be done about it.
I ordered a chin up bar from wish. The item is located in California great I should get it in a week or two I'm in Hawaii even on a barge it's 3 weeks no problem I get a tracking number in an hour wow this merchant is on it nice. WRONG : 12 days and the item tracking number only says a label was created. Not tracking I contact wish they tell me USPS don't track all items. (Not True) Here over a month I complain they day it will be delivered on July 9th 2017 by: 8:00pm (July 9th is a Sunday) if it has not arrived by then the app will give me an option to ask for a refund. Today is July 9th go-to the wish app my account is suspended. Can't ask for my refund they changed dates item should be delivered several times and the worst part they have my credit card info. Now I have to deal with my bank to try to get my money back Don't use wish they are thieves
When viewing the company wish to look at their clothes I made a wish list. I unfortunately and stupidly and enclosed my credit card information even though I never finished the order or a sign off giving them permission they charge me for all the products. I tried to stop payment through my credit card through my bank and was unsuccessful because they had mailed the products. Not only did they mail this to me without it being an order but in fact they mailed me 3 and 4 of the items I had viewed. When I got the products I then turned around and mailed them back unopened making sure to keep a list of all the tracking numbers when I did this to the US PS.
I went to the companies Internet website and went through their process of checking off and returning the items the way they tell you to. This did me no good because I was only able to return one item per day. After many many attempts I have made to contact this company there have been no attempt to return my money even though the products have been returned to them.
Their policy says they will contact you within three days of receiving an email or the package neither of which has happen and I've been trying to get a hold of them now for over a month . Neither of their phone numbers work to contact them and there is no direct way to email customer service it's only through their return policy is of which there are no way to write them an actual email with the complaint. I am on a fixed income and can't afford this $572.00 order. The amount of items I looked at was only about 6 but with the multiples of the same items I received over 32 packages. This was a pain when it came to returning them. I feel completely frustrated like I have no where to turn and no one to help. I need to get this money back it is what I live on, literally. Please help if at all possible.

Somethign isn't right with them. I noticed that when i was receiving all my breakable items in plastic bags, which they did break. They send wrong sizes and colors of items. Wrong items were even received too. I received items for other people and many times my name or address was misspelled. I received multiple of items too.
Most purchases i made, never got some, where never refunded. I lost money with them too.
I believe they are crooked!!! Cheap item, cheap items and out of no where they close my account!
In the month of october, november 2016 I purchased Boots, glow Tennis Shoes (womens) and stainless steel straws.
I also previously purchased micro usb flash drives (2) separate kinds. In October the usb flash drives 2tb, was not as described, bent and broken when received and used windows xp format. not as advertized at all. I asked for a refund, sent picture of damage as directed, no refund was received even after 4-more attempts sending them the required info.
In November 15, 2016 I ordered a knee high pair of black boots/leather, I have confirmation printed. second order was a set of 4-stainless steel straws, confirmed by wish of order. the problem began as soon as they got payment for both items, have printed proof on my credit card then the next day I could not log in, when I finally found my account a whole list of items I did not even order listed. My card was charges for 1.

I still have no further info from wish for the printed products I paid for. they send me a email asking for a picture id, a copy of bank statement or credit card statement before they will investigate. no way am I going to give them any more of my idenity which they already have. It shows on my printed confirmation order. I feel ripped off of my idenity, credit cards and being charged for products past in october paid for, and november 2016 already got there money. How does a company like wish/internet based like this get to stay in business when the only telephone number listed is a recording only, to go to their web site for answers. How come wish is not required to have a live representative to speak to?
if there wish site on facebook has to many people, owners, employees, staff but they dont keep there word, damaged, old, out of date products, how are they allowed to stay in business? it is a shame that wish continues to sell defective, out of date and send products other as advertised? shame shame on wish and shame on corporate office that allows this rip off to continue. cc:files
I have been purchasing items from the wish and Cute phone apps. The items are pretty cheap and all come from over seas. A few things I ordered did not look right, but they were cheap. I was told once I would get a refund for a item I did not receive and never did. The main thing I want to tell you is that on these apps there is a established price for each item. When you buy this item you will see that price and shipping well the rip off is when you check your checking account or PayPal account they have added extra money on to your payment then what you were suppose to pay. I called paypal and they told me that because wish was LLC that the sellers were allowed to do this. To me that is illegal to show a item at one price that you agree to buy for that price then add what ever they want the price to be. Why isn't this illegal. We have the right to agree or not want that item do to pricing. Beware of these two web sites.

Warning, they take your money, don't deliver, or send you junk. I am paralyzed and cannot continue to make attempts to contact them. Instead of reimbursing me they have deleted my order history which was significant to me, and they do not allow me to contact customer service. Beware.
I ordered a XXL jacket from wish. I received the jacket after the promised delivery date. The jacket is two sizes too small. I also ordered another jacket and a hooded sweatshirt, both bigger sizes XXL. They both were too small. They equaled out to be about a size medium. I ordered boots size 9. I received a size 7. I have been trying to return the first jacket mentioned for about a week now. Whoever else is running this rechet company, refuses to answer any of my important questions.
