When the Samsung Note was initially recalled I took my phone to my local dealer as directed by Verizon. The replacements were not yet available and the clerk Matt gave me a very hard time about putting me into another phone while waiting for the replacement. Matt told me the owner, Brian, did not want to "incur the cost" of the issue with the phone and the only option I was left with was to stay in my phone until the replacement came in despite repeated warnings that the phone was dangerous. Matt asserted the danger was only with phones in another country and I had nothing to worry about. I thought this was a ridiculous statement and if this was the case why were phones in the US being recalled if there was no legitimate danger. I was forced to keep the Samsung Note until the replacement came in despite the overt safety concerns. The replacement came in and a similar situation ensued. Both times Brian and his team gave dreadful customer service and the only focus was on letting me know what an awful experience the recall was for Brian as a store owner. I've been awaiting the 2nd replacement phone which has been on order for 4 weeks already. Today Samsung decided to shut my phone down without any advance notice, forcing me to be late for work to deal with the phone situation. Once again, the experience at Lincroft Verizon Wireless Zone was dreadful. Brian was disrespectful and aggressive in our phone conversation asserting that I did not return the phone as requested. This was completely dishonest as I made numerous attempts to return the phone and get a different phone until the replacement came in. After trying to bully me into giving a $50 deposit for a loaner Brian finally agreed to give a loaner until my phone comes in. The phone I was given is dreadful and not fully functioning. It charges poorly when it charges at all and doesn't work properly. I currently have no working phone because of the awful experience at Lincroft Verizon Wireless Zone. I find Brian to be narcissistic and lacking in integrity. I was told by Samsung I had to go through the local dealer to rectify this. After this is rectfied I will never give this man my business again. Also he sent my phone that I turned in back without allowing me to see the phone was wiped. This is upsetting because I was just the victim of identity theft.

DO NOT INQUIRE ABOUT OR PURCHASE A VERIZON FRANCHISE from this company!!

Company engaging in fraud, violating franchise agreements. They are money grubbing whores who rip off the dealers. They bill for fake services, lie to their dealers, and are generally dishonest people.

The customer service sucks. Wireless Zone Verizon stores are all rip offs. Customers credit card info is stored for three years. Some phones are refurbished and sold as new. Dealers are abused and talked down to by district reps who obviously were beat up in school and have no sales skills. The customer is the one who ultimately suffers.
