My husband did a bank transfer of $300 from his Wired Plastic account to my Western Union/Netspend account on March 6, 2018. However, the name he put on the transfer did not exactly match the name on my account and the transfer was refused by WU/Netspend on March 8, 2018. I was told by my bank the funds would be back in my husband's account WITHIN 6 business days; March 15, 2018 was 6 business days.
WU/Netspend issued an outgoing trace # on March 6, 2018. I made calls to Wired Plastic on March 19, March 20 and March 21, 2018, each time explaining the problem and each time getting the same stupid answer, the funds should be back in the account within 6 days. Stupid Alert - it's been over 6 days already you dumbasses! Finally, on March 21, 2018 i finally had a customer service agent that understood what i was saying and she issued a "ticket" for the problem and stated the issue would be resolved within 48 hours.
Today, March 23 the issue should be resolved but instead we were told to call back TUESDAY to see what they have figured out! I lost it and told the sarcastic woman on the line to put me through to a manager or supervisor. She informed me she was a supervisor and there was nothing more that could be done right now.
