Win spy claims that they can monitor any pc remotely and android cellphones, but on cell phones, you must physically have the phone to install. they say that you will recieve support. there is none. i have emailed them, left messages on there web site. asked for my money back. you hear nothing from them. the program is not workable.there promises are fruitless
