DO NOT BUY AT Winslow BMW of Colorado Springs , DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT, THEY WILL RUN YOUR CREDIT FOR NOTHING AND THAT WILL END UP BY NOT SELLING .
We really had multiple way bad experience at Winslow BMW ,my son really had negative experience. He almost had a heart attack from all misleadings and lies(we are going to post screen shots of lies and misleads).
in additional in the middle of conversation with Genevieve Riehl i was called "russian guy" she thought she hang up on me in the phone but i was continuing convo, while she thought i got of line, she was keeping talk about me in third party, how heartless and thankless Genevieve Riehl and the'ry stuff could be?!
What happened is we was trying to buy new car , but than opposite to reality we was told that car already has 3500 ml, we committed to buy this car, than we was told to fill out credit application and apply for loan, because this car not available for cash purchase only with minimum of lean we allowed to proceed on transaction and the paper work will be sent out to California , that information we received strait from client adviser -- Nat Moore, we did everything as Nat Moore advised , than he called to say that the lean was approved by BMW FINANCIAL SERVICES, than latter we got email conformation. From that point Nat Moore is disappear and totally stopped respond over the phone.....
After many calls and emails finally we was able to reach him out by the phone by being transferred from different department than he said that the manager want us to come 1,400 mill to "see our face" , he was kinda sarcastic , he said "dude ,what i can do,this is my manager ...He might dosen't wanna release car to sell because owner's wife driving it.
Than we called to general manager Neill Erdossy who spoke very disrespectful he said, the car not for sale because owner's wife driving it.Also he said we need to drive from California to show are face, ask the boss nicely and also thats what BMW FINANCIAL required...but we already know is absolute lies ,he sounded like criminal with rasist judgmental accent.
We just want to understand:
1. how such dealer can be authorized by BMW OF NORTH AMERICA?
2. why to advertise car with 0 ml when it has 3500 ml?
3. why to let to costumer fill out app if you are not willing to sell ?
4. WHY TO BE SO RUDE , TO MISLEAD TO LIES , TO WASTE CLIENTS TIME?
5. WHY TO HURT OUR CREDIT IF CAR NOT AVAILABLE FOR SALE ?
