Service called. My mother requested an inspection and Winnipeg Supply insisted that the furnace had to be replaced and the chimney liner was no good. $5,500 plus.
A second opinion : Nothing wrong with the furnace. A few cracks in the chimney could wait until next spring.
Avoid this company. It is trying to use fear to scam frightened homeowners.
