After calling Winner Furniture on December 28, 2021 to verify that they had a Catnapper leather loveseat set, new, in stock that we had seen elsewhere. Their employee who goes by "Hey You" verified on the phone that they did indeed have the set in stock for delivery. This was the store that was located on New Cut Road, which was closed within a month.

After arriving we were shown the floor model, which was 1/2 of the set, and we verified that it was what we wanted to purchase. "Hey You" looked in his computer and said, oh sorry... we just sold the last new set that they had in stock. He said that we could purchase the floor model (which had a large rip on the side, or that he would check to see when more was to arrive at the location.

We were told that they had more coming in on a truck on January 10 2021. Leave it to me to be gullible and trust what someone told me. We paid $3300 for the set, I have called them and texted them several times, and more than three times, we told that it was on a truck and would be delivered to them by a certain time.

It is now June 25, 2022 and still no furniture. They are going out of business and have avoided my request for something in writing that we will get the Catnapper love seat set, that we paid $3300 for SIX months ago. I requested a refund but they say "we have a no refund policy". They are crooks and liars, I'm calling the State Attorney General' office for help with the $3300 that they, so far, have stolen from us.

7/29/17 we purchased $1675.00 worth of furniture. We advised him that we needed to have everything delivered and set up before 8/16 or we won't make the purchase. My son was graduating from the United States Coast Guard 8/18/17. Skip knew this when we were making our purchase and knew we were emotionally vaunerable. He made promise after promise on getting our furniture to us in time. He advised that it shouldn't take that long, so we placed the order. We never heard from this company until I started making phone calls to them to find out where my furniture was. There were multiple back and forth coversations regarding a number of issues. 1) the headboard didn't come in. 2) upon delivery they tell me the tall chest of drawers was broke. 3) they didn't call before delivering (I was at a funeral and they were sitting in my driveway) 4) they promised to come out 8/20/17 to bring the headboard and set up the bed. Upon calling the store Skip tells me that he is by himself and that everyone is out of town. He promised on 8/14/17 that he would be out personally on 8/20 to set it all up, and now he's alone in the store? 5) Upon discussing the original issue prior to 8/16 I advised him that we wanted our money back and he said there where no refunds or returns. I advised them that all companies take returns and he said no. I told him that this was never disclosed to us and that they were holding my money hostage for a product that I don't have. They offered to refund the $70 delivery fee. At this point I still do not have over $800 of the furniture I purchased from this company. This is deceptive, abusive and intentional. After researching other complaints online, I can see that I am not alone in how this company treats their customers.

iI purchase furniture from these ripoffs and they constantly want to add additional monies to my account.

I am on a fixed income and cannot afford a dollar more.

They refuse to take RAC benefit plan off of my agreement. I do not need anything extra it was first placed on my agreement in September 2016 once I discover it I had them remove that agreement in 12-2016.

I was trying to pay my bill and the agreement has been added back on my payment I do not have an extra 20.oo want it remove they refuse. This is a rip-off unless they can remove this agreement then they can pick up there merchandise.
