I wish i would've read before i purchased two pair of wink shades. I thought the shades were eclectic and simply beautiful so i bought two pair. About 2 months went by and i received an email asking me if i received them because there was a shipping problem.
I responded to the email but to no avail. I'm glad i used paypal because i was able to get a full refund in one day. Winkshades was a disappointment. However, i see some people that have the shades but they also complained. Lesson learned.
I am usually a diligent and smart shopper, however the shades were so nice i didn't bother. Always do your research berfore making any website purchase. I should have known better as i did not see any contact number or address from where they ship from.
Hello! I just want to tell you about a FRAUD site called Wink Shades. I ordered two pairs of glasses from this site and received one. I had wrote on their IG about not receiving my second pair of glasses. They removed my comment with a quickness. I had sent them an email since they removed it. They said they would send it March 20th. Days passed by and a few days ago I sent an email to say I never received them and they responded and I said I would like a refund. So yesterday I sent them a dm because they hadn't responded saying "I responded". They looked at it in their DM but sent no email. I wrote them again in the DMs. After they uploaded a video I wrote under the vid and they deleted the comment come to find out through a YOUTUBE channel they have been gypping other people and they need to be EXPOSED!
My daughter purchased a pair of sunglasses from winkshades. She was extremely excited because she couldn't find them anywhere else. When she finally received the glasses, they were the wrong color and they had a scratch. The policy said if you receive a damaged product, you can send back and exchange. It has bee 3 weeks since my daughter emailed them with no response. I emailed them as well. No response. I sent a message on instagram. No response. When I placed a complaint on their instagram page, they blocked me. All my daughter wants is a replacement pair of glasses. How do you run a business and don't resolve your customers issues and ignore them. You took her money and know don't want to help exchange the glasses. She doesn't even want her money back. Just the glasses. Instead of helping your customers you ignore them. I hope they go out of business. This is not the first complaint I have seen so I know it is not just us! I hope their site gets shut down!

Bad business
I ordered my shades and still have not received a confirmation of processing or shipment. This is not a business to take seriously.
