I HAD PURCHASED SAMSUNG S6 EDGE DEVICE FROM WIND MOBILE LOCATED AT MARKET MALL CALGARY 2 MONTHS AGO STILL UNDER ONE YEAR SAMSUNG WARRANTY ,ON NOV 9 I HAD INSTALLED A SOFTWARE UPDATE, AFTER THAT THE DEVICE WOULD NOT TURN ON AT ALL,SO I WENT TO THE CLOSEST BRANCH TO REPLACE IT OR REPAIR IT ,THEY ASKED ME TO SEND MY DEVICE TO THEIR SAMSUNG AUTHORIZED CENTRE WHICH SENT ME A VAGUE ESTIMATED ANALYSIS THAT THERE IS A CORROSION OF BATTERY AND MAIN SCREEN DESPITE THE FACT THERE IS NO PHYSICAL OR WATER DAMAGE & THAT IS OUTSIDE THEIR WARRANTY & WIND MOBILE HEADOFFICE CUSTOMER SERVICE DENIED REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF MY NEW CELL PHONE!!!!!!
