Williamsburg townhomes 1423 Forest Lane. Garland, Tx 75094 & Williamsburg Townhomes LLC. 129 Timberbluff Ln. Murphy, Tx 75094 Walter & Martha Mielczarek owners.

He was not letting me get a word in that, I intentionally omitted what he claimed was on my background report. I told him I knew nothing about the CA case, it was news to me. The other claims I left the last appt "owing" them: I tried to say I did list it on the application but he would not hear anything I had to say. Just rattles off about what I didn't list & that's why my application was rejected. I just merely asked he send me a copy. He made some kind of snide remark.

On 14.02.22 went to the office to get a copy at 1350 hrs & no one there. Will try tomorrow between office hrs 10-1400 hrs. What was odd w/ their advert, they would never call you back but just send the generic "office open between the hrs of 10 a.m.-2 p.m M-Fri".

No questions are answered via text. So coming from Arlington, its do or die. They are from Netherlands but have a weird sense of customer service. Martha M, said the automated text response works for them so no calling. Sad, run down place.

This is intolerable, and crazy. When they're just after people's money. They, show these so called apartments that are unlivable.

The lease is up at my current apartment complex and so i was in search of a new place to call home. With time not on my side, i signed up for an apartment locator in hopes that the service would alleviate me of the search. I received a text from the apartment complex itself and they said they were running a move in special with no deposits on one and two bedroom town homes with 1.5 baths for 400 and 580 a month and a 80 dollar application fee. I drive up to the complex noticing that its not a very welcoming property as there are a lot of maintenance issues that were noticed before even entering the apartment. I was met outside by a gentleman that looked very busy showing multiple other applicants in need of a place to stay the homes that were advertised on there website. Speaking very fast, he walked me through the strip of warn down homes in search of one with the door open. He stated that he had 8 town homes were available and that 4 apartments were available however it didn't look like he had that many units in the entire complex much less un-inhabited. I step into the home that he led me into and he instructed me to look at the apartment and get back to him outside as he was showing other families property at the same time. I looked around and noticed the one and a half bath he stated was actually just one bathroom with multiple doors. The smelly, damp, and dirty dark blue carpet was covering up some extremely old wooden floors that were weak making sure that every step was heard. The wooden ceiling was held up by poorly painted off white (as if a smoker had been smoking in them for years.) color. with the paint dripped down to the moldy green colored accent wall to the pepto bismal pink colored wall across. My first thought was to run, but i kept an open mind knowing that i don't have any time to be picky. After assuring myself that it would be better than living in my car, i walk up the stairs in fear for my life that a stair would give out. and i would fall through, I noticed the one bathroom that was mentioned earlier was the first room you see, followed buy a connecting room which would be assumed to be the master bedroom. The room was decent size, and the window covered an entire wall, as if there was a balcony there but there wasn't. It was then i noticed that there were no light sockets throughout the entire building. not even the bathroom had a single light bulb or place to screw one in. I went into the other bedroom and noticed that it had a decent sized closet with another closet on the other side of the room, very dirty and cracked windows, and all rooms kept the dark dirty and neglected look that seemed to have matched the look of the entire complex. The smell of damp carpet was something that kept my attention as i kept telling myself that i needed a place to live and that i could make any place look livable. With the price of the two bedroom sad excuse as a town home. I went outside and told the gentleman i would like move in as soon as possible. He walked past me and told me that the application was 80 dollars and that i could pick it up in the office. I went to the office and i grabbed an application, gave the gentleman my last 80 dollars and filled it out. I later went online to do some research on the area and found that several complaints had be made regarding this apartment home denying a lot of people based off various ridiculous findings, like someone getting in trouble back in 1993, or something along those lines. Although there is no questions regarding felonies or arrests except for when they specifically ask if you have been arrested for a sexual charge, but I put that i have a DWI on my record anyways on the side of the application however most were getting denied for withholding truth on the application. Its not withholding truth if the question wasn't even asked. I was told from the person that gave me the paper that the apartment approval process was decided by retired ex law enforcement that still use there database to do background checks. After 3 had passed since i turned in my application i give the apartment complex a call and was told that due to my credit that i was denied. However i checked my credit and have A+ credit, with perfect renter history and no serious criminal background. As I went into more detail into my search i found that my credit wasn't even ran. Nobody had even checked it. So they had absolutely no reason to deny me which gave me more of a reason to do some more research. I sent two boys out there as undercover interviewers, They acted as if they were in need of an apartment and they interviewed the property manager with questions regarding the complex complaints online. It was documented that the property manager got extremely nervous and would not make any type of eye contact as he told the boys to apply if they wanted to, without giving any suggestions on if it would be approved or not. He mentioned the process of the approval and the process, he lied a lot and said that he had no evictions in the last 9 years due to screening for good tenants, but later the boys went back to the property dressed in less professional attire and interviewed the tenants who were proud to say they sold drugs, had been evicted from multiple houses, and that the gentleman was running a scam just collecting application fees from the people like me with no where to go. Unfortunately this gentleman took the very last of my money scamming me into an apartment that many have tried and 100% of them were denied. I am now homeless as time is up, and i have no more money too apply for other places. Please learn from my mistake and save yourself from the terrible road blocks that i am currently experiencing and just believe what you read on the internet regarding this place. I thought it was a bunch of upset people that didn't get approved, but they are all 100% correct, and i wish i had listened to them before. PLEASE BEWARE THE SCAM ARTIST!!!

I had been watching an ad in the Greensheet for some apartments that seemed too good to be true for awhile, but it felt kinda fishy so never followed thru.... Well I finally did. Last Friday I went over by myself and as I got out of the car there was a fight going on in the parking lot the manager walked out and asked me to get back in the car. I told him that I was there to see a 2 bedroom, He took me into a dark unit and told me not to turn on water or lights and he then left. There was a weak spot by the front door and I tought no big deal, I was going to ask if I took the apartment then could I do upgrades and lite repairs. I could not see what the bedrooms or bathroom looked like because of the lights.

When I was done he was standing by my car and told me to get back in. The fight on the parking lot was still raging. He gave me an application and told me the app fee would be $40. I had an emergency call and had to head back home ACROSS Dallas. He even told me that he could get it approved by the end of the day. He saw my dog and told me how pet friendly they were. Wasted Trip Number 1

Trip number 2 I picked up my boyfriend so that he could check the place out and I could turn my application in. He made me fill the application out again and I told him that I was going to go grab the money and would be right back.....He did not tell me that they left at 2 pm. I was devastated. Wasted trip number 2

During the weekend my serpentine belt broke and I could not make it there, so Tuesday I hire a driver so I wont miss the boat again. The manager acted like he did not even know me! Then told me that application for a 2 bedroom was $80! Not 2 people just 2 rooms! Wasted day 3!

So I go back and start researching the place and find that there are 6 registered sex offenders there, they have an F with the BBB and Multiple reports with the Attorney Generals Office!

So Far this place has cost me over 100 in travel back and forth across Dallas and 4 days at $81 aday in a hotel when I tought I would have an apartment Sat.

It isnt a bad place just poorly run, the managers aparently are not on property much and the good tenants have to do their own repairs. I see a scam to gather app fees, then the people that do rent wont stay very long because of the poor conditions. I think that if drastic channges are not made the place should be shut down.

Which is a shame I wanted a home so bad and it was the only thing in my budget.
